Hola amigos y querida comunidad de Hive. Bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy quisiera contarles como fue la experiencia de visitar las maravillosas playas del Parque Nacional Morrocoy en el Estado Falcón, en la costa venezolana.

Sábado a las 5 de la mañana y partimos desde Tinaquillo hacia la población de Tucacas en Falcón, que es una zona turística muy concurrida en este parte del país gracias a sus paradisiacas playas. Fue un viaje de madrugada bien agradable que duró aproximadamente 2 horas hasta llegar a nuestro destino.

Hello friends and dear Hive community. Welcome to my blog. Today I would like to tell you how was the experience of visiting the wonderful beaches of Morrocoy National Park in Falcon State, on the Venezuelan coast.

Saturday at 5 am and we left from Tinaquillo to the town of Tucacas in Falcon, which is a very popular tourist area in this part of the country thanks to its paradisiacal beaches. It was a pleasant early morning trip that lasted approximately 2 hours until we arrived at our destination.

Algo que pasamos por alto fue que el horario de apertura del Parque es a partir de las 08:00 am y nosotros habíamos llegado una hora antes por lo que tuvimos que esperar una hora fuera del parque. La espera no fue un problema mayor ya que la estábamos pasando muy bien, conversando y emocionados de estar en el lugar que estábamos.

Something we overlooked was that the opening time of the park is from 08:00 am and we had arrived an hour earlier so we had to wait an hour outside the park. The wait was not a major problem as we were having a great time, chatting and excited to be where we were.

La hora de espera pasó muy rápido hasta que abrieron el Parque y comenzó realmente nuestra aventura. Desde la entrada hasta la playa se hace un recorrido de unos 5 minutos en carro y 15 caminando. En la entrada del parque hay unos transportes antiguos que prestan servicio de traslado por una tarifa fija que ronda los 20$. 

Finalmente llegamos a la hermosa playa del Parque Nacional Morrocoy y la emoción estaba a flor de piel. Al principio el cielo estaba nublado, lo que nos preocupó por unos instantes, incluso comenzó a llover pero luego la lluvia se acabó y el sol comenzó a brillar.

The hour wait went by very quickly until they opened the park and our adventure really began. From the entrance to the beach it takes about 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes walking. At the entrance of the park there are some old transports that provide a transfer service for a fixed fee of around $20. 

We finally arrived at the beautiful beach of Morrocoy National Park and the excitement was at its peak. At first the sky was cloudy, which worried us for a few moments, it even started to rain but then the rain stopped and the sun started to shine.

El sol brillaba y nuestras sonrisas también, había mucha emoción en el ambiente, estábamos felices de poder disfrutar de un lugar tan hermoso, se sentía una paz increíble, el sonido de las olas ofrecían calma y la arena blanca mucho confort, esta es una playa muy bonita que tiene un ambiente muy relajado ya que no tiene olas fuertes y el agua es cristalina.

Esta es la playa principal del Parque Nacional Morrocoy aunque quiero decirles que este Parque es muy grande y ocupa muchas otras playas alrededor de esta zona. Pero en este caso esta playa es muy concurrida porque tiene aguas muy tranquilas y cristalinas y muchos atractivos sin necesidad de cruzar en lancha hasta las islas.

The sun was shining and so were our smiles, there was a lot of excitement in the atmosphere, we were happy to be able to enjoy such a beautiful place, we felt an incredible peace, the sound of the waves offered calm and the white sand a lot of comfort, this is a very nice beach that has a very relaxed atmosphere since it does not have strong waves and the water is crystal clear.

This is the main beach of the Morrocoy National Park although I want to tell you that this park is very big and occupies many other beaches around this area. But in this case this beach is very crowded because it has very calm and crystalline waters and many attractions without the need to cross by boat to the islands.

El grupo se dispersó al alquilar los toldos en los que nos resguardaríamos del sol para estar más cómodos para disfrutar de ese día tan bello. En la playa hay muchos servicios que ofrecen los vendedores, desde comidas, dulces, alquileres de toldos y otros servicios, y todo esto a precios "accesibles" por lo que es una buena opción visitar esta playa.

Con respecto a nuestro día de playa que les puedo decir... Fue un día increíble donde disfrutamos al máximo de la playa, la compañía y la naturaleza, hubo risas y anécdotas que quedarán para el recuerdo, cosas que solo ocurren cuando disfrutas de esos momentos mágicos que nos regala la vida.

The group dispersed when we rented the awnings where we would be sheltered from the sun to be more comfortable to enjoy this beautiful day. On the beach there are many services offered by the vendors, from food, sweets, canopy rentals and other services, and all this at "affordable" prices, making it a good option to visit this beach.

Regarding our day at the beach what can I tell you.... It was an incredible day where we enjoyed the beach, the company and nature to the fullest, there were laughs and anecdotes that will remain in our memories, things that only happen when you enjoy those magical moments that life gives us.

Yo les quiero recomendar muchísimo esta playa si aún no la han visitado, es un lugar tranquilo y hermoso que te permite disfrutar al máximo de sus bondades. A nosotros nos encantó y nos dejó con ganas de volver, algo que seguramente ocurrirá. 

En la tarde recogimos todas nuestras cosas, incluyendo la basura, y nos preparamos para partir, súper tostados por el sol pero felices jaja, maravillados por el día tan genial que acabábamos de vivir, en el camino caímos rendidos por el cansancio hasta llegar nuevamente hasta nuestro querido Tinaquillo.

I want to highly recommend this beach if you have not visited it yet, it is a quiet and beautiful place that allows you to enjoy its benefits to the fullest. We loved it and left us wanting to return, something that will surely happen. 

In the afternoon we gathered all our things, including the garbage, and got ready to leave, super toasted by the sun but happy haha, amazed by the great day we had just lived, on the way we fell exhausted until we arrived back to our beloved Tinaquillo.
