La tecnología avanza de una manera increíble, la inteligencia artificial se hace presente cada vez en mas elementos y desde ya quizás podamos tener una visión de lo que vendrá en el futuro, aunque con los avances tan rápidos, creo que esa visión es de apenas meses jaja. Explorando en el basto mundo de la Internet, me encontré con una herramienta que me ha encantado, una aplicación que te permite crear imágenes reales utilizando inteligencia artificial.

Automáticamente pensé en esas personas que hacen publicaciones de contenido literario y no encuentran quizás una imagen gratuita para acompañar el escrito. GAUGAN Es una herramienta que te permite crear una imagen real a partir de un boceto, de una diseño sencillo y así obtener una imagen con texturas y gráficos reales, tal cual como si se tratase de una fotografía.

Muchas veces en un cuento queremos describir algún escenario o simplemente queremos colocar una imagen de la naturaleza que inspire o trasmita lo que hace las palabras de un poema. Es ahí donde esta herramienta nos permite construir esa imágenes, de una manera sencilla y con un resultado bastante bueno.

Lo primero es ingresar a la pagina web http://gaugan.org/gaugan2/, que como notaran no esta bajo el protocolo de seguridad de Internet, pero no te alarmes por eso. Navegar en paginas HTTP, las que no son HTTPS (que tienen la S), lo que indica es que la información que se comparte entre la pagina y tu pc, no es segura y puede ser interceptada así que, si envías una contraseña, por ejemplo, ahí si te estarías exponiendo, pero como la utilizaremos para realizar bocetos, no hay peligro.

Dicho lo anterior, una vez ingresada en la pagina, podremos ver el lienzo y comenzar a crear el diseño. Las herramientas son sencillas de utilizar y quizás te recuerde un poco al famoso Paint que trae Windows.

GAUGAN es un desarrollo de la gente de Nvidia, aunque actualmente ellos tienen una aplicación beta llamada NVIDIA CANVAS, que es básicamente lo mismo, pero con la diferencia de que ves el trabajo en tiempo real y con mejor acabo. Lo único en contra, por así decirlo, es que debes tener una GPU de Nvidia para poder utilizar esta aplicación, por eso hoy les comparto la versión web. Te voy a compartir 4 imágenes creadas con GAUGAN, y aunque no son imágenes en full HD, el resultado me ha parecido bastante bueno. Solo te queda juzgar por ti mismo.

Ten presente que si decides utilizar esta app y agregar imágenes en tus publicaciones, menciona la app que estas utilizando para darle el crédito al trabajo que viene realizando la gente de Nvidia e incluso puedes guardar una copia del boceto que hiciste. Como siempre doy de sugerencia, lee todos los términos y condiciones para que estés claro el alcance que puedes tener con tus creaciones.

Prueba la aplicación y luego me cuentas que tal te ha parecido. Es una opción adicional al momento de crear contenido y buscar obtener esas imágenes que a veces no conseguimos en los bancos de imágenes gratuitas. Si me preguntas, me gusta tomar mis propias fotos para todo, pero se que no siempre es posible así que es pero que esta herramienta sea de utilidad para ti.

¡Ohh! Después de estar todo el día sin internet, llegué a tiempo para conocer el secreto mejor guardado del programa jajaja. Buenísimo, amigo, tienes mucha razón en cuanto a que a veces es difícil encontrar imágenes para algunos contenidos que tienen que ver con literatura y tratar de hacer imágenes acordes es genial. Yo me la paso haciendo diseños, para no decir jugando jajaja y me gusta lo que se puede hacer. Hay muchas app para diseñar imágenes, hacer montajes y también son buenas, pero creo que esta permite llevar la imaginación a otro nivel y crear imágenes con un mejor resultado y sin tener amplios conocimientos. Solo esta limitada a paisajes, pero quién sabe que más cosas veremos en el futuro.
