*So here I am again, with one of my ridiculous clickbait titles. It is not a clickbait, per se; it is simply me attempting to describe another word entirely with a different word* 

But I do it entirely for the views and comments, and if you have been following Hive since 2024, I am sure you already understand what I mean, but if not, I will get right into it.*




So Hive the coin is finishing the year as a star performer of the year. Did you notice that I said "Hive the coin" (because apparently it's mostly the price that's causing all the *gaga*) So recently, there have been a lot of strange accounts on Twitter waxing lyrical about the massive trading volumes that have directly impacted the price of Hive over the last three weeks. 


For the record, it is been completely drab for the first 11 months of the year, with the majority of the gains occurring in December. For the past eleven months, it has been difficult to find many people who want to be affiliated with Hive on other platforms. 

Except for those who have been holding the candle and the forte since 2022, there has been no yapping about Hive on Twitter. Honestly, these guys have been the true MVPs. They are like a devoted spouse watching their partner go through cancer treatment, knowing that it could be a 50/50 battle.



The majority of the *FUD* about Hive has come from within, which begs the question of why. But this is what I know. I remember when a certain HEX offered insane APRs for locking their coins for a ten-year period, and people jumped on it, hoping to become wealthy while forgetting the lock period of their coins. 


When HEX was still a thing in 2021, you'd see their faithfuls shilling the top of their neck even if they were criticizing the project internally. On Hive, 70% of those who *FUD* the chain do so both externally and internally. 

They proceed to *FUD* on Twitter, and it was shameful to see this happening constantly for months just because we probably looked completely drab and when BTC was exploding **when ALT 101 basically says alts time will come**


## Whatever you do in life, do not fail.



Of course, the statement is impossible. The true meaning is that you need to continue to succeed for people to sustain their loyalty and affection for you.

 So literally, the Hive price yapping everywhere is starting to get annoying. It is probably unhealthy to go from *"we are dead, we will never compete with other Blockchains"* to *"we are the best, oh what a pump!"*  It gives the impression that we are a meme project where sentiment can shift in the blink of an eye.




Recently, a few accounts have questioned why there has not been a big announcement about Binance's future perps and other listings. To be honest, I do not think we need an official announcement for things like this.

 You know it, the next person does, and almost everyone appears to know it. These are not groundbreaking advancements; rather, they are achievements that have drawn more attention to Hive and are likely to occur sooner or later.


 I understand that in crypto, people often jump on the **"success bandwagon"** in the hopes of making a lot of money, but Hive has not reached that point. Most of the things happening to the price are not a correlation of internal advancement, and this is why people can actually *FUD* Hive in the morning and wax lyrical about price in the evening. 




You should now understand what I mean by "body shaming." Thanks to the Korean big boys on upbit, most of the *FUD* is no longer prevalent, and a $5 peak price prediction, which many once laughed at, now appears to be a possibility for them. I understand that positive odds work best when things are going well. 

But if there's anything I've learned in crypto it's the fact that your sentiments and emotions do not really matter. The market will do what it always does: either pump too hard or dip too low, and sometimes it does both. It is up to you to time these two market opportunities to strengthen your position. 


Here's what you should know: the next six months will be wild, and you will most likely come back to this post in two years and say **"you know what? what we had was beyond wild."** 

This place will probably get it's flowers, probably not now, maybe never, but you should take advantage of the uncertainties to build your position. What is currently happening with Hive demonstrates that nothing is truly dead; the illusion of death and stagnation is primarily in your mind.
