I once got a challenging comment long time from @tarazkp and that was the day I realised I had a *prospect "audience"* not full fledged audience, but prospective because that believe in what I can do, but aren't yet seeing the content that could make them patent me as a illustrious content creator. Times are changing and a person who is a content bringer will or must change with the time, *blend in, update themselves and add newer features* else they'll get into a decline stage where they are no longer relevant.  one thing I have discovered is that, writing for passion rather than writing for money isn't what really drives people. there are times people want a large heterogeneous audience to accept their homogeneous content rather than tweaking themselves to match or meet the standard or outrageous demand or expectations of an heterogeneous audience **because they feel it is not monetarily worth it** leaving their content zone.

## So What Is A Content Zone?

A content zone is an area of specifications, thematic expression or even genre which a person can comfortably bring a content from, any time, either on the go or anywhere without having to giving in too much. In my early years of contenting here, I tried as much as possible to improve myself on my contents zone and I discovered I could only reach some particular kind of people even when I felt engagement and interaction could cover the fact that I was hiding in my content zone, this really didn't work out well as a result I prevented myself from improving myself as a content creator and intermittently lost the opportunity to grow and **enjoy immediate dividends for growth which is of course steem is the only place where such can happen. Growth doesn't instantaneously amount to reward, it takes a longer process in real time** so I only learnt after I had fully diversified and in 2018 January I was writing poetry and fiction, but in September 2019 I was writing sport, money psychology, Business, vlogging as well as also about steem.

## Why Should You Diversify?

So many people ask the same kind of question and even when  comfortably tell them that i am driven by the passion to improve on all sectors I would comfortably tell them too that my secondary purpose is money and this wouldn't be too wrong, would it? Truth is, *I like to give people the benefit of unexpectations* sometimes a business might decide to add a particular product totally different from their original products scheme and why is this so? This is because they have captured a particular area of concentration and now they're looking to expand their territory and of course get their consumers to buy into their new products as well as enjoy the fact that they're being consistent on the old ones. **Expansion is one of the first reason** if you have particularly on steem and your content style still reflects sameness when you came here originally without adding a little sophistication at the present, then you have not grown on any front.

## How Do You Diversify?

first of all, the blockchain is making it very easy or giving out structural framework for which diversification is currently possible and you can look at this from the series of the ongoing project, @steemleo wasn't here from the beginning neither was @threespeak or even @sportstalk.social. I had a little bit of public relations before I went to college and I explore the fact that i love relational business in promoting content as well as building a long-lasting relationship *"with a public"* when it comes to *public relations* and so far so many people have reached me on discord to write a blog for them in exchange for payment and when I look at a year ago this was something I couldn't really do. So here you have it **"diversification"**, Sports was also another sector, I've gotten huge feedbacks and my sports contents are one of the best on sportstalk and even @khaleelkazi has once left a comment on my @steemleo posts, now this isn't so special like some people might imply, but it is an indirect feedback of acceptance and patency.

I watched [@elsiekjay's Video on her top ten people she follows](https://steemit.com/hive-100421/@elsiekjay/hlrujbij) and she's stressed on how I've diversification over the years this was actually a proof of the fact that people are aware of development all of the developmental phases which you actually pass through. It also becomes **a prompt in adjudicating you as a important or invaluable member of a thriving or growing platform as steem**. *Diversification is important if you want maximization* and this goes to everyone who feels they have put in a lot of work and yet nothing is happening on their end. In comparison to rebranding, it is a process through which you can refurnish, add, repackage, install and make better, your style or systematic approach to Contenting. I may be wrong, *yet here is a tested and proven theory*
