One of the things we often do so well as people is offer advice to people who are in need of it,  when we look at our lives we'd find out that we're not exactly living the best of lives. It's often difficult to follow a process of change that we allow us do the right things that means that sometimes we know the right things that will change the whole outcome of our lives and we've understood this. Infact we coax people to follow the right process that might obviously change their lives. But how Many times do we as individuals do the things we say to change our own lives? **In this particular year the thing I'll like to do differently is following my own advice** so many people don't understand this but if we all follow our own code of morality, our own set of principles and advice things will definitely be different for us.


It's a very stressful process but I feel I have to do things, take up challenges and be the things I've asked people to be. **Another thing would be to listen less to friends on how to take alcoholic drinks** many usually underestimate the things that peer pressure can do in our lives, sometimes we create a particular resolve, make decisions on the things we want to really do, but it doesn't turn out the way we want it simply because we're listening to the voices and pressure of people around us and we end up doing the things we don't intend to. **I want to take less of alcohol irrespective of how much I'm pressured to take it** I've found out that if I can eventually do this better, no only will I be saving myself from health conditions like cirrhosis but also saving my money, living a life filled of positive or good habits. For someone with a fragile immune system I once in a while take really toxic alcoholic drinks only because my friends persuaded me to and this year I want to take less, if people not take at all and weigh the benefits it might have in my life, this might let me know if I'm better of exactly or not.


 
In truth I haven't lived up to expectations, sometimes I make goals and life comes and takes it away, sometimes we look at our actions and we regret why we took them in the first place **I have an issue with anger** it makes me act irrationally based on my emotion and there is always an instantaneous response when anyone says things that hurts me deep. In other words **I hope to work on my anger issues and maintain stability of the mind** Anger is obviously a destructive tool and infact it's relatively dangerous. The truth is that people will often hurt us irrespective of how we treat them in life it's left for us to stay less angry at situations that makes us saddened and simultaneously angry. **I hope to achieve this on my own self and why is this so?** I do not like therapists I believe these people only brings up all your issues on the surface and you never really accomplish anything with them. Sometimes I believe no one can tell us how to handle things, we have it in us to do these things only if we definitely choose to.


In life sometimes we take our existence too seriously we worry too much about building houses having more money and accomplishing multiple dreams before we hit a certain age in life and by so doing we forget to enjoy the process, the uncertainty and the nativity that comes With this life. Life again is short, but we don't know this because we haven't experienced the reality itself. There's a need sometimes to have fun, fall in love and do the little things we see children being indulgent with, but we're afraid that life has more purpose than the simplicity that we're seeing. This isn't true and **in this year I hope to follow my heart and enjoy the process of life the more** without wasting more time, I'll take more time off, go on vacations, find ways to do things differently and live a more satisfying  rather than an accurate life and this would turn out a really good year for me.
