Making decisions that pertains to people can be very difficult and this is usually because people are not static elements they can be here or there and they can vary but irrespective of how similar the lives of people can seem on the surface.  Man management is one of the most difficult things as well because you have to decentralize functions and understand people to the core in order to really know how to make decisions about them, treat them and talk to them and this can be very stressful to a person handling or dealing with a lot of people. 




One aspect to note again is that people are always changing cultivating new attitudes and behaviour so one can't exactly place a particular personality to a person whom they have known with a different kind of personality  and that's particularly the reason why it's important not to take decisions based on the lessons of an experience one has gone through in their lives. Some experience defines us no doubt but then when we live in the conundrum of the horror of a previous experience, we're always guided by its errors rather than the lessons. 


It's not every experiences however that teaches us, some experiences negatively makes us live dangerously. It builds in us opinions, ideas that are not Ideal and finally it makes us see things in a dimension that's para-normal. So we can't allow our lives be determined by this irrespective of how irresistible it can seem. So back to understanding the peculiarities that surrounds people. It's imperative we balance our mind to be explicit in its thinking. It's not every effort we make at understanding people that pays off sometimes we fail at understanding people but we mustn't let it determine the next decisions we might make.

In life however not everyone wants to make effort to appear as a clean slate so because of this factor we need to see the wrong outcome of dealing with people as a stepping stone to understand the intricacies that comes with each and every individual in our lives. For some situations we require haste and for some others we require caution but then we can't get it right everytime and this is okay. We don't know everything and this reason is why we need to see every mistake as an inevitability notwithstanding stealthily learn from it. 


Sometimes we feel undone by the mistakes we make and one of the reason why it lives with us rather than just evaporating is because there are times we get it right with our decisions but then it it's channeled to the wrong people which makes us ultimately wrong again and the times we make the wrong decisions it turns out we've channeled it towards the right people and this ultimately makes us wrong again. In this moment we hope we can get it right but then just misplacing our decisions alone lives with us and hurt or determine the next steps we might be taking in life.
