I don't know what to exactly call this place and this is because I don't go out that much. Some would say it's a market on the mainland, others would say *Idumota,* some others would say it's called *Eko* (meaning Lagos) I guess this makes sense because I live in the outskirt of Lagos and this place is one of the places that constitutes the body or the center of Lagos. 
However, this isn't focal point of this post. While the title is a bit of an allusion, I'll say it's an overestimate that is meant to sell the essence of the post. 

**From the images, you'll notice that the picture describe or portrays a center of commerce.** From the tall buildings to the traffic and the people. The main reason why I called this place one of the most expensive places to die is basically because it's a center of attraction.

> This place is home to all kinds of products and services.

 It's a place where you can never spend the exact amount of money you budgeted, unless you do not have extra money to spare. One of the biggest motivations to spend is in the attraction of the said commodity, goods or services.
 When multiple attraction is established and there's means or resources to actually quell these attractions, then it becomes dangerous. **In life, we're always meaning to establish moderation especially with the way we spend,** but what happens when we're exposed and our sense of moderation is breached, how then do we know that we're beginning to spend out of proportion?
 Exposure is what's births attraction. Attraction in itself is harmless, it becomes harmful when one has the means to purchase their attraction. Now, our sense of attraction hardly works with our perceptiveness.


It's fuelled by the mundane aspects of us and this is why it's possible to keep spending on what attracts us without even realizing that what attracts us isn't good for us in all ramification. The main reason why I called this place one of the most expensive places to die is because **everyone here virtually wants to take money off you.**
 They want to do it either legally or illegally, rightly or wrongly and even morally or immorally. Firstly, we have louts who are roaming about looking for ways to extort people, they are young people who have no jobs and dependent on hooliganism to pay their bills.


 The people looking to extort you legally are the one's who are roaming about coaxing you to buy their products and service with a mild sense of urgency, they do this by appealing to your sense of humanity. While they can also do this rightly, they're mostly doing it wrongly because sometimes you might be sentimentally inclined to spend what might hurt you.
The people aiming to extort you immorally are those who are aiming to gain the whole world but lose their soul in the process. 


If this biblical allusion didn't sell my point enough, what I mean to say is that these people are greedy, they're aiming to make profits that can triple their capital while selling what may or may not even be quality enough.
 They're the perfect sweet tongue. They know how to market even dirt, and they mostly do these to people who are new to the market and unaware of their whims. Like I said, every individual in this place is aiming to take money off you and this is why they most apply alluring antics to do so. 


In a bid to do this, they often apply chicanery, plus act of absolutely *fakery* to establish their agendas. Don't get me wrong, this market isn't all evil. If you're aiming to buy quality, you'll definitely achieve your aims especially if you're careful enough.
**The main idea of this post** is to establish the fact that your budgeting or sense of budgeting isn't strong enough especially when you are allowing your attraction to determine your expenditure. It is expensive being that even if you bring all the money in the world, you would spend it all, and you still feel incomplete and dissatisfied.
 However, are you going to truly die? Of course not you wouldn't. This basically translates that spending without moderation can cause financial mortality.
