It's very ironical that sometimes we celebrate sheer talent, youthful progress and tenacity, but even as at that, in places like firms and companies experience is being preferred to new innovations of trying to do things.
In many countries chances are hardly given to people who can change the world, because they lack that experience. It's like we hardly want to enact change but yet we forestall change as the gateway that'll brings difference to our future but bringing it through the younger generation is something we hardly want to do.
