So far so good, I've managed to recover a little from my 12-days illness, and it's back to business, exams, building, back to personal finance and of course rearranging my auto-vote list. I love to maintain consistency, but then I also love change, I've been asking myself how I can fit in more people into my autovote lists without going below 75% on a daily basis after curating like 30 people manually.


 Here, you can see my voting power on hivestats.io, I drifted it to 100% to check what a 100% would worth and that was $0.85, I know I haven't gotten to the magical $1 even at maybe 47 cent per hive, I still believe this is awesome no matter how little it is, to me, I feel there are no gimmicks I can employ to maintain a healthy voting power and still curate over 100 account, on a daily, I'll get in the range of 70% from a let's say 90% if I allow it recover for hours. 


It's why I don't consider giving off my voting power for lease or anything, I strictly believe it's a cement of my approval on someone's content, a tip, a remembrance of that person's hard work, engagement and commitment, it's why I don't delegate either. With that stake, I feel I have a voice to influence and do honestly too. 


Anyway it's time to tweak my auto-vote, and I'm just going to use a scale of preference method to make the choices. Of course, not everything will change, I'll just consider some aspect for change in other to accommodate more accounts. Hive is a big new opportunity and when you're not earning you're accumulating more knowledge to even earn beyond the comfort of hive.

### Diversify

The tribes have made hive to be a compartmentalized haven, where you don't need to look too much to eventually find where you belong, people who have been gaming on splinterlands for lets say a year or more are far more rewarded than they ever thought they would.

it's been about looking for where to pitch your diversification in other to find relevance and traction, even the engagement for reward scope is no longer in vogue, you have big whale accounts doing manual curating and mid-range dolphins like me as well, tweaking and tweaking things as well.

### Side Projects

I'm currently working on a huge project that I've spent over $2800 on, and sincerely I'm totally zapped, someone asked if this isn't when I should consider powering down, but then I said no!. I'm someone who likes to have my cake and eat it, plus hive hasn't even gotten to its peak yet, at this juncture, the strategy is more or less to be actively involved in other projects and to actually only take a little profit when we see those little greens here and there. 


In fact at I feel that even if we see $1 hive, hive hasn't even get ripened, and it's still a stage to take tiny profits, someone once said, if a person sells all they own at 20 cents, what would they sell at $2 for example? I saw that as not just a precautionary advice but as a financial advice that should keep one going. So far people like @ericvancewalton has supported me on this project, and I'm honored, this project will be slate for finishing by August 2022, as it is now 55% done. I estimated this not on crypto prices, but a few cash that I might accumulate here and there, I'll be needing an extra $2500 to get it done and hopefully so too.

### Plans From January?


<hr>

I've seen many projects on the chain that are awesome, and I won't want to spam the owners with my tags, but I was hoping to actively participate in a bid to even participate more. Cublife is a dividend token that I felt I should have bought more or spent more money on, I feel I'll do that from January, then I plan to get a powerful gaming laptop, for probably diving into the world of gaming, anxie and splinterlands and more. 


I want to also rent a personal place for my vlogging and of course the materials needed, and a good microphone to go with it. I intend to travel blog a lot too as part of another side thing, of course all these are huge expenses too, and I never hope to power down to attain all these expenditures, it's always about the smart strategy and the right plan, that's part of personal finance too.
