Nigerian local dishes are some of the finest in the world and yesterday I was at at Ikeja\, Off kafi street oregun\,  ShopRite Alusa at Lagos in order to treat myself to a meal of Eba and egusi soup with goat meat and assorted beef\. Truth is\, OLAOLUWA canteen boasts of the best Nigerian dishes and would currently be in  the top ten of the best restaurants in Lagos Nigeria\. The customer service is perfect\, they're matching in clothes and very eloquent in English and Yoruba \*\*\(a major native language in Nigeria\)\*\* this helps to read customer's orders\. there isn't a long list of menu\, they line up they're wares in stainless Glass and you point to the dish you want\. This helps eliminate confusion and allows customers makes choices pertaining to food they're seeing rather than reading on menu\.

Here's the entrance to OLAOLUWA canteen where you buy some of your best local Nigerian dishes. It's definitely not got a big signpost like most major restaurants. I don't know the reason for this but if you look at the red signpost at the entrance you will see a red little sign post that indicates the name of the restaurant and when you look on top you would find the same as well. there really wasn't music which is a noticeable characteristics in most restaurants and this is definitely very good for me because I do not like music in the background while eating

Here is just a picture of the local soup I bought which was Eba and egusi soup\. It had goat meat inside of it and had assorted meat of liver and kidney\. It costs exactly 1800 naira in Nigerian currently\. This is of course not very affordable but that is the cost of the local dish here\. It's delicately beautiful and tasty and even when so many people prepare this at home this kind of egusi soup is basically rich in Spice\, vegetables\, spinach and lettuce and palm oil\. Then you have the melon seeds which is called the \*egusi\* then the flavour\, the local fishes okporoko\, black fish which is the cat fish\. Basically the the ingredients are well know but the guile and style in preparing it is what makes OLAOLUWA special\.

They wouldn't  allow pictures in the restaurants and this is a bid to keep their customers the reasons were not stated to people who were eating as to why photographs are not allowed. They're definitely quite the one with the policy. The food is good, definitely and this can make one ignore the no photograph Policy really. So here is my local dish review.
