Every of the human stances is often based on sentiment and hardly factual or based on facts In totality. For example everyone can not have equal opinion about a particular thing or another person. So facts cannot be sentimental but *a feeling or perception* can be totally sentimental and that's why it's important that we as people don't feel that our perception no matter how flawless we deem it is always 100% universal applicable and hence should be believe or accepted by everyone.


A person develops a stance based on the reaction they've initially or formally gotten as a feedback. What does this mean? A person might feel that something is good. Now this *thing* that's perceived good might be perceived as *"bad"* by another person this is because their stances are formed differently as a result of how differently that thing they're reacting to have affected them. In other words no one's got a Wrong stance or feeling, the fact that feelings or stances can flawed or doesn't mean the authenticity of the originator isn't real.


Truth is, people can make decisions based on their feelings and there's nothing wrong with this, people are prone to mistakes because they're not impeccable when it comes to strength of resolve. In life, point of views differs and sometimes a person's point of view can be formed by their personality, their history, their families, their gender and even level of exposure and that's why no one can categorically say their perception is factual and can be relatable to another person.


One of the reason why people disagree especially in argumentative situations is because different people have different experience, and these experiences equals real time events and these real time events differs and becomes a set reality thereby forming a way of life through which people live through. *Take a practical example;* if MR A believes that the government is bad and MR B believes that the government is good, this belief is formed based on two different experience of two people on the same *government*, now there's no need trying to say MR A is more Right than MR B or vice versa 


The reason is because these two people have been affected differently by that same *government* and their perceptions no matter how flawed it is can not be proven right or wrong over the other. The reason why feelings don't work in the court of law is because it's not a statement of reality, it can be one sided, one dimensional and not admissible or applicable in a universal front. 



**In conclusion;** no one can prove that their perception or stance towards something is completely admissible especially if there's a plausibility that there's a possibility they can be proven wrong even to a slightest  point. *If a statement isn't universal applicable then it's a perception held by a group of people who's had similar experiences* in a nutshell, statements of facts are like theories that's proven over and over again in different recompense. So while you're entitled to the personal authenticity of your stance on a particular issue, someone else does to, especially to their own.
