One particular thing about a typical human is that he can be unique but thoroughly predictable, for example compassion is a moral value sometimes people might show it uniquely in different forms but there's always an **identity need** exhibit through a process of character that basically shows that despite difference in colour, races or any other difference, people drive through samness but still doing in just different ways. In so many times we imbibe the phenomenon of diversity, but at the highest level of psychological prowess, their is always a sameness in almost everything we do as people. Sometimes the conditions that became necessary for the existence of someone is template through which they will live their life and how does this often alters the notion of uniqueness or diversity? 

When exposed to a certain kind of condition, people behave in a particular way because of the effect of that condition on their psyche **an example of this is putting a rich person and a an average person up for a firing squad** this is of course a condition which two very diverse people, but one of the character or attitude they'll exhibit is *fear, panic and a hope for external life after their demise* I once talked about *Dericho* he was one of Nigeria's most notorious terrorist and in his killing expeditions people came to believe that he wasn't human or that he was a sort of a demi god however on the day he was to be executed, he wept and pleaded like a baby. Why was this? He's come back to face the reality of death and he behaved predictably despite being something most people won't even call humanity.


**In essence, there's a total difference to us but it doesn't contradict our core nature.** Each and every person has the ability to be on the same level with someone they consider to be at the top, but it's Often difficult because our our perceptions of what possibilities should mean is totally shut out by our ability to not always see a brick wall in front of us. I once planned a date with someone recently and I particularly failed to put an aspect into cognisance, this made me predict their reactions and I was totally spot on. **Although sometimes people can react differently it is just like saying somebody might be angry but sometimes they can be infuriated as well** as disgusted and annoyed however all these categorically mean that they are not so happy when something goes wrong that shouldn't in the first place.


In some particular situation however some people can be totally unpredictable. Like for example the predictability behind the situation that a boss would be thoroughly mad and angry with someone for spending the company's money is at a 100% because this is how a person should behave Irrespective  of whether this person is a morally upright person or a wicked person they will totally react the same way because they are facing an issue of betrayal from someone who they have trusted so much with. How about certain things becomes responsible for the unpredictability of people and this might be being in a good mood or actually **feeling magnanimous as a result of concurrent positive things that might have happened to them very recently.** There's always a **but** somewhere and inasmuch as we uniqueness and diversity seems like a a virtue, in the most likeliest and unlikeliest of situations some circumstances in life negates the propensity of these two alleged values and that's where sometimes people are often suprised that a person that consider Unique would act in a predictable manner.
