I had to check out Andrew Yang on Twitter,  and also checked the #Yanggang and the #yanggang2020 hashtag, through which he is using to promote his manifestoes to the public and believe me nobody had anything negative to say about Andrew Yang. Well if you don't know him,  he's a presidential candidate running in the US 2020 general elections and there's something amazing about him. Despite not leading in the polls nor topping  charts for television mentions, he's obviously finding his way into the polls, **I think his TV mentions are divided by his mentions and since his mentions were low the fact that's he's even polling at all is a complete irregularity and definitely strange.**

*His manifestos are clear,* he's a man of the people and he's striving for transparency of the American people once heard him say *"he'll turn the boys into men"*. I think he's only being suppressed because Biden, Sanders and co are really not after affecting humans and I looked at the people who advocate for him and they all share Yang's policies that concerns the welfare of the people, I'll have to tell you about a similar situation in Nigeria, in the 2019 elections we had a man called Goodluck Jonathan who is actually is support of people's plight and a man called Buhari who's only agenda is foreign policy, change, wealth and oil money, obviously Buhari won the election because people felt Buhari's goal will benefit the people in the long run and currently Nigeria is in chaos, this is the same with Yang who has a different ambition with people like Warren, Biden and Sanders who has almost similar agendas.

**Andrew Believes in raising the public, while the rest are staunch politicians to the core.** Only talking about war and how to fight war without the immediate concern of the regular people.  The role of technology in people's daily lives isn't really being addressed by this so called politicians except Yang, who's stances on how to stop tech control on people's lives, the use and sale of people's data on the mainstream media. Infact he's all for regulatory control, check and balance as well as these media's not having the AI control it has. People do not know that  **Their Data is really valuable** and the fact that Yang is fighting to maintain an equilibrium and also to help reduce usage, curb child media addiction as well as removing social validation like what Instagram is currently doing by hiding *likes*. He pinpointed the ways through which Facebook freaky control has been really damaging and how he tends to fix this when he becomes president. And since he's tackling this issues no wonder he's currently being suppressed because his victory will be good for the common media user but not so cool for these companies.

## Will He Be Able To Win The Election?

I'm looking at the past history of American general election contestants and non of them has been radical as Yang. The reason why I like the Man is that he knows his goals and he is stuck to them despite the fact he knows what the repercussions on his chances of winning, his ideas are amazing and probably he's revealed to the world how they're being cheated through data hoarding and excessive media control and he's the perfect example of decentralization with freedom to the people. Without a doubt he'll make a fantastic steemian because. Steem is all about giving voice, transparency, accommodating the censored, his believe in UBI and of course tokenization of the web which translates to his empowerment of the people and this is why his goals are really tantamount to the steem visions. However in truth, his chances are slim and well his competitors have really bought the public with what they feel matters most and I believe people will rather choose the popularity of someone like Sanders. But on a second thought, he's doing quite okay irrespective of the suppression and since 2020 isn't here yet, January might just change the polls in his direction we never can tell.
**Howbeit I'm seeing someone who can make a fantastic advocate for steem irrespective of the outcome of the elections** I think his ideas might still be represented if he brings steem to the limelight of people's attention, it would be a proof of what he is or was hoping to achieve. So Yang is it! I'm following him now and pledging my support.
