Making people go through restriction and difficulties in breaking through sometimes seems to prove quality, but then who are we impressing by making our lives difficult? Is there sanity when we cultivate barbaric attitudes just to show orderliness and proof of authenticity? In my opinion law is the most confusing part of the human psychology and anatomy, people often talk about due process and they said strict prohibitions and strict regulations of which they themselves (people responsible for this) cannot afford to pass through just in the name of attaining credibility. I have often said in the past that if we are to text the uprightness and the fairness of law then it should first be tested on the people who made them before it can be meted out on the people who should follow them and by this we would maintain an equilibrium and it wouldn't just be about enacting law but enacting laws that shows fairness and justice without problems.

Positions of power messes people up, it clouds their judgement and makes them susceptible to abusive element and tendencies as well as discriminating and makes them have a god-like attitude that seems to truncate everybody that they come across. In the world we are people are more addicted and self-destructive especially when they are in control of how the lives of other people turns out and that is why when you look at a human being you would only understand their true attitude and true colour when they are in a position where nobody can touch them but on the contrary they are in the position where every sentence and every decision they make can negatively influence or positively influence someone else without it having a repercussion on them.


I don't know if it's a thing of race or not, but the truth is Africans and the ability to possess unchecked Powers have really made things like human right a joke. Even in the 21st century, there is this mentality that people should be unjustly treated because of their mistakes or their financial incapabilities or irrelevant background or their lack of knowledge towards a particular prospect. For example we all expect a departmental Head or a boss at work to be 99.9% hash and unruly and almost 99.9%  of the times people are often correct in this angle and this is often painful when you check and see that position, power and money is what makes people undermine their fellow humans. The lack of respect for human Values is definitely declining and normally it is deemed something natural for an older person to be disrespectful as well as undermining and this has become the order of the day in the society which I grew Up.

When we think about this, it's seems detrimental and disturbing, the need to help people that we calculate to be below us maybe by rank or by age or by financial capabilities is being undermined by the ones to display anti-socital behaviour so that people can notice how far you hold a status or power in the society definitely impressing in order to oppress people. It's a thing of concern and it really makes for attention. I currently went through an exhilarating experience and this taught me that sometimes people tend to click on to oppress instead of clinging on to lift them up especially when they know that they wouldn't gain anything by helping people up but people will respect and fear them when they do otherwise. It is safe to say that people will do things the way they want if they knew there wouldn't be punishment for their actions and if we continue living in a society where there are no checks for everybody irrespective of their rank then we might be declining instead of developing as Homo sapiens
