Today I recognise **Corruption and illiteracy** as the direct reason why some world economic problems like s scarcity will never be solved expecially in developing economic or states.
There are basically other economic problems but scarcity and limited amounts of resources for numerous needs surpasses them all and in this video I relate priorities of government in states, down to crooked re-forms and unfriendly byelaws, fiscal policies that are not instrumental to raising a nation's GDP will make it impossible for these economic problems to cease in under developed countries.
