It's been almost 3 years for me here on steem and more of what I want to say about steem is that first of all, steem is an experience, it's an attitude, a culture, a norm and a way of life. Psychologically steem has been like a place I can't seem to do without. Yes! It's actually true that I saw an opportunity to make money creating content but steem gradually became that place I wanted to build my brand, my name and my trade and believe me each and every experience has contributed in shaping who I am today. Needless to say a lot of people have come and gone and many have said the schematic of how reward is being shared is unfair but I always tell them they're not deserved of anything. Hardwork isn't that ticket that buys you success and the fact that steem had all these imperfection is one important reason I'm still staying here. 

Truth is that it's always difficult to work in real life and Make money and i took this mindset into using steem and being here, one of the reason why a lot of people leave here or should I say two of the reason why people leave here at because of the prices and the fact that they're always whining about how they deserve more or not being appreciated. Steem isn't a goldmine, steem was and is still a struggle. It reminds me of the fact that steem embodies the harsh reality of real life. **We can't say because life is unfair and because of this we move to the moon or the star** steem is real, a community that transcends above materialism. Showcases real life people, real events, real stories and realistic creativity of many heterogeneous people coming together under a chain, a huge community with no barrier and no walls it's huge and definitely I stayed for this amazing characteristics that no place other than steem has......



The speed, the accuracy and the design of steem was something I haven't seen on the web and sadly Ned was willing to part ways with this project that could be a framework or structure which other wannabe chains would want to emulate. Being on steem has educated me on what decentralization means, although this days the case may be different. I came to steem as a total novice. In 2017 September I was a writer looking for a place to accept my craft for even just the smallest of penny and steem was that answer, I have not just become a better content creator, I had become someone who was rejected throughout the web and beyond that and that's why I'm staying despite people urging me to count my losses and move on. **Steem wasn't just a home, it was a haven** in so many instances. Steem has proven that money or wealth can't be really fungible without an effort towards Making the best decision.



**In conclusion, steem is something that's become More of an addiction** the decentralized nature is one of the reason why I called on people to come and witness first-hand the uniqueness that comes with d sophistication of steem blockchain *(even if decentralization is threatened by all means)* the fact that I wanted to build and keep building, not looking at future complexities or looking past the money. I exhibited my addiction and it was beautiful irrespective. Steam became somewhere I lived somewhere I loved and somewhere that I constructed my second home unseen is currently threatened is because I fear to lose it all and this is something that goes beyond the money so sincerely I might have come for the money but I stayed for everything that steem stood for.
