I have been exposed to so many life institutions and I've discovered that every peculiar life institution requires a relatively gradual process of learning that's Unique, different and distinct. Sometimes in life, people make the mistakes of thinking they can imbibe their coping skills or mechanism to two similar life institution. *So what is a life institution?* **A life institution is a structure through which a whole lot of human experience shapes a phenomenon that becomes a recognised reality** examples of life institution can include, a struggle with the mental state, education and moral institution, positional institution, health institution, marriage institution, age/stage institution and many others. Now a regular human being rigorously undergoes some, if not all of these institutions and sometimes the experiences we garner are very different.




At an early stage of my life I dealt with a sense of inferiority as a result of health issues which of course resulted in a mindset that I can't exceed my capacity without intermittently putting myself in harm's way or risk of falling sick. Many people actually dread marital institution and this is simply because there has been a larger number of failure more than success. Sometimes we actually encounter some of these institution as a result of our age or stage in life while sometimes we might start right from the moment we begin to breath as an infant. My health issues began as an infant all right up to my mid-20s I have discovered that going through pain and being in the cusp of sleeping off I have mastered the act of going through health pain **however did you know that pain varies in every institution of life?**

The truth is we cannot actually compare all these life institutions simply because some of them deals with our age and stages in life while some others actually comes translationaly and others randomly. One one of the harshest realities of life is realizing that you must have been using the same skills in coping or trying to live through these various life institutions and that is why people find it difficult to triumph or stay afloat these life institutions. Furthermore, heartbreak is a part of life institution of which many people have even died while trying to glide through, **the state of being lonely is another institution** and while the pain of this and the pain of heartbreak might seem similar. We can't learn same methodology in trying to with this two similar pain. **These various institutions are part of life and one way or the other we are unknowingly students in these institutions not by choices but by the various circumstances of life**

Health institution can sometimes be very challenging and this is because we're supposedly not in control of our health. some of these institutions, we ourselves knowingly enter, while some happens by default but even the ones we knowingly enter **we see them as a process through which life metamorphosises**. For example in some societies a person who doesn't really get married hasn't fulfilled a rite of maturity or hasn't really been considered a full legitimate member of the society because procreation is considered as such. However we have to pay the price of facing the unforeseen circumstances that comes with being in these institutions even when we might not really enjoy the process. **Sometimes it is like waking up simply because you have to wake up and not because you want to wake up**.
In earnest we are one people facing numerous institutions and it is likely synonymous of us as people to want to discover or find the master key through which we can handle each and every institution but we actually cannot. These institutions of life are complex and we mustn't ignore their complexities in our bid to simautaneously face them in our daily lives.
