Greetings everyone! Today my routine started again. I went to train as usual. A coach told me today that I can squat a little heavier because he's been watching me. Well, we tried it out, and it was true, although I must admit that some days I'm stronger than others.

¡Saludos a todos! Hoy nuevamente empezó mi rutina, fui a entrenar como de costumbre, un coach hoy me estuvo diciendo que yo puedo cargar un poco más de peso en la sentadilla porque me ha estado observando y bueno, probamos y sí fue cierto, aunque debo admitir que hay días que estoy mas fuerte que otros.

Another thing I’ve been thinking about a lot is using a supplement like creatine, I’ve been doing a lot of research and something important to take into consideration is fluid intake, since it should be at least 2.5 liters and currently I have a bit of trouble reaching 2 liters a day and now that we’re in winter, it’s more complicated, yes I have improved because years ago I didn’t use to drink a lot of fluids and now I do but it’s still a bit difficult for me without feeling like I’m forcing myself to ingest something. And well, with this supplement at least, if you don’t meet this requirement it can cause headaches and even swelling in your face and stomach, for now, what I plan to do is try to increase my fluid intake so that it’s more natural for me and not force anything.

Otra cosa que he estado pensando bastante, es en usar algún suplemento como por ejemplo puede ser la creatina, he estado investigando mucho y algo importante a tener en consideración es la ingesta de líquidos, ya que debe superar al menos los 2,5lt y a mi actualmente me cuesta un poco llegar a los 2lt diarios y ahora como estamos en invierno, es más complicado, sí he mejorado porque hace años no solía tomar muchos líquidos y ahora sí pero igual me cuesta un poco sin sentir que me estoy obligando a ingerir algo. Y bueno, en este suplemento por lo menos, si no se cumple este requisito te puede causar dolor de cabeza y hasta hinchazón en la cara y el estómago, por ahora, lo que planeo hacer es intentar aumentar mi ingesta de líquidos para que sea más natural para mi y no forzar nada.

Another thing. Even though I started the day in a good mood today, as soon as I got back to the apartment my energy dropped and I couldn't do the activities I had in mind. I don't want to go back to old habits of procrastination. It's like I'm really motivated for a while and then I'm not. I guess in these cases, I'm relying on motivation rather than discipline. I'll try to change that approach and see how it goes.

Otra cosa. A pesar de que hoy empecé el día de buen humor, apenas llegué de vuelta al departamento mi energía bajó y no pude hacer las actividades que tenía en mente, no quiero volver a viejos hábitos de procrastinación, es como que un tiempo estoy bien motivada y después ya no, supongo que para estos casos, estoy apoyándome en la motivación y no en la disciplina, trataré de cambiar ese enfoque a ver como me va.

Getting back to workout can get daunting but sometime we come back stronger and I believe you'll get there! Water intakes can be a tricky one cause I agree how hard it is to drink water during the cold days! I'm struggling right now since when I stay has gotten colder and 3 liters a day seems like a daunting cause I barely reach 2 liters😂. I read somewhere that drinking excess water than the body can take in can be a problem (Can't guarantee the truth of this information though). As a fellow procrastinator, it's not easy to get things done when that energy falls but I'm happy that you're noticing that and trying to make the change!

Drinking water is haaaaaaard, lol. I read this comment and took a sip because I remembered, lol. But it is totally true that drinking a lot of water more than the body can take can be a problem, yes.
