Despite having a restaurant, yes, I cook at home, sometimes... It really seems like something far away now because of all the responsibilities I have and cooking at home is a luxury, but okay... my recipe today is quite similar to a pasta salad but not cold.

A pesar de tener un restaurante, sí, yo cocino en mi casa, a veces... Realmente ahora parece algo lejano por todas las responsabilidades que tengo y cocinar en casa es un lujo. Esto es bastante parecido a una ensalada de pasta pero no fría.

This is one of the recipes that I really like, well, the ingredients that I use.  I started with some chicken, I usually use the chicken breast part, seasoned with pepper and salt, in a pan with a little oil.

Esta es una de las recetas que me gusta mucho, bueno, los ingredientes que uso. Empecé con un poco de pollito, por lo general uso la parte de la pechuga de pollo, aderezada con pimienta y sal, en una sartén con poco aceite.

 I added some mushrooms, cut them finely and added it next to the chicken.

Añadí unos champiñones, los corté finamente y lo añadí junto al pollo.

 I had a little bit of tomato and spinach, I also added those to the pan.

Tenía un poquito de tomate y espinaca, también los añadí a la sartén.

 I also made a tricolor pasta in a traditional way by boiling the water and adding the pasta.

También hice una pasta tricolor de forma tradicional hervir el agua y agregar la pasta.
