The reality after making such an abrupt hair change

I really wanted to look different on my birthday, so days before I had gone to a beauty salon to find out what options I had, clearly I went with something in mind and said that I was open to suggestions to know what could really work for me. but I realized that in the salon they stayed with the idea that I brought, perhaps because I am the client but 100% I would have accepted a suggestion if they told me that other options would cause less damage.

La realidad después de hacerte un cambio de cabello tan brusco

Yo de verdad quería verme diferente el día de mi cumpleaños, por lo que días antes había acudido a un salón de belleza para saber que opciones tenía, claramente yo fui con algo en mente y dije que estaba abierta a sugerencias para saber que realmente podría funcionarme pero me di cuenta que en el salón se quedaron con la idea que yo llevé, quizá porque yo soy la clienta pero al 100% hubiera aceptado una sugerencia si me decían que otras opciones iban a causar menor daño.

Well I woke up this morning and started the day following the stylist's advice before washing my hair, he recommended spraying white vinegar all over my hair for at least 30 minutes, so I did.

La realidad es que después de todo este cambio mi cabello sufrió un daño terrible y la verdad hasta estoy pensando en cortarme el cabello porque me ha quedado muy quemado y reseco, siento que creo que este es el último cambio así de drastico que haré a cabello, lol, si quiero cabiar el color, mejor compro una peluca.

Bueno me levanté hoy en la mañana y comencé el día siguiendo el consejo del estilista antes de lavarme el cabello, me recomendó aplicarme en spray vinagre blanco en todo mi cabello por al menos 30 minutos, asi que lo hice.

Then I proceeded to wash my hair normally, but now I also had to use a shampoo especially for dyed hair, it is a violet shampoo that tones your hair and manages to prevent it from turning yellow

Después procedí a lavarme el cabello normalmente, pero ahora también tenía que utilizar un shampoo especialmente para cabello tinturado, es un shampoo violeta que te matiza el cabello y logra impedir que se vuelva amarrilento

y ahora me estaba preparando una mascarilla para hidratar mi cabello porque, hermana, lo voy a necesitar mucho, agarré mi bol y coloqué 
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
2 cucharadas de mayonesa
1 huevo

Then I removed this mask, as I understand this mask is applied to clean hair and then we only remove it with water and let our hair dry. The truth is that since it is the first mask that I am using, it is impossible for me to see a difference right away, I will be constantly moisturizing my hair before I have a fit of madness and go completely bald, because it is also falling out when I comb my hair, but I think that It's normal, hair falls out every day or is that what I tell myself so as not to fall into paranoia, lol.

Después retiré esta mascarilla, según tengo entendido esta mascarilla se aplica con el cabello limpio y después solamente retiramos con agua y dejamos secar nuestro cabello. La verdad como es la primera mascarilla que estoy usando es imposible que vea una diferencia de inmediato, estaré constantemente hidratando mi cabello antes de que tenga un ataque de locura y quede completamente calva, porque también se me está cayendo cuando me peino, pero creo que es normal, diaramente se cae el cabello o es lo que me digo a mi misma para no caer en la paranoia, lol.
