En esta oportunidad vamos a cambiar silenciador de escape de una Hilux marca Toyota porque el original se tapo y se explotó en un momento, donde me imagino el motor no tuvo respiración y como es la parte más débil por esta dañado ocurrió esto

Acá tenemos el silenciador dañado ya que compraron una nueva pero no la original de este vehículo tenemos que picarle los colgantes y ponerlo de otro modo

Picamos los dos tubos que vamos a utilizar del silenciador viejo que aun están en perfecto estado para montar todo sin soldar en el vehículo y comparar como queda el silenciador nuevo a ver si hay suficiente espacio para montar

>We cut the two tubes that we are going to use from the old silencer that are still in perfect condition to mount everything without welding on the vehicle and compare how the new silencer looks to see if there is enough space to mount

Montamos el silenciador en el vehículo ponemos todo en su lugar, como pueden ver no está soldado y ha encajado

Perfectamente procedemos a puntear el silenciador de ambos lados para luego desmontarlo y trabajarlo afuera ya que no tenemos un puente para elevarla y trabajarla como debe ser

Procedo a desmontarla para soldar todo en la parte de afuera para que quede el trabajo bien hecho y listo de montarlo en el vehículo

>I proceed to disassemble it to weld everything on the outside so that the job is well done and ready to be mounted on the vehicle.

Como estos Tornillos se tuvieron que picar con el esmeril ya que ninguna llave ni dado lo agarraban por que estaban muy dañados tuvimos que suplantarlo con unos nuevos porque hay es donde va pegado parte del silenciador. Como podemos observar el trabajo quedo listo y resuelto el problema

>As these Screws had to be minced with an emery wheel since no key or die could hold them because they were very damaged, we had to replace them with new ones because that is where part of the silencer is attached. As we can see the work is ready and the problem is solved
