***This genus comprises approximately 151 described species of which only 47 are accepted. The plant is described as being approximately 30 cm tall. The leaves are opposite, pennate, subdivided into lanceolate or toothed and ciliate segments. Its flowering is spectacular, with large yellow or orange inflorescences. Flowering from summer to late autumn but in warm climates extends throughout the winter.***
