Hello **Leo Finance** community, we are increasingly in a more digitalized world, and what concerns finance does not escape from it, it is evident. We are here in a platform that integrates so many incredible things that some time ago just mentioning it could seem like a science fiction movie, but it is a reality. 

Hand in hand with the evolution in the possibilities of creating online income, of managing all our finances *(or almost all)* digitally, there have also emerged people who, as in the *non-digital* life, want to take over what is not theirs. This is how the platforms that are created to manage our finances or investments must always comply with high security standards.

Recently a big theft happened, one of the biggest ever recorded in a Blockchain, and it was the much-resonated $600 million theft from SKAY MAVIS, the creators of the Axie Infinity game and RON Blockchain. 

It's a project that has a while already working quite well, but despite that, this has happened. Particularly I have 3 Axies teams in Beca, and what has happened has affected me, I have not been able to mobilize funds from the Wallet.

And I even have STAKE in [KATANA](https://katana.roninchain.com/#/swap), I have added liquidity in the Wether/Ron pairs and in Wether/SLP. This page has been blocked because it is under maintenance after the theft. Someone very clever managed to find a weakness in the Blockchain and got in, in two transactions he made off with that large sum of money.

But, one as an investor is supposed to be safe when investing, well, we know that we will face at some point the risks of every business, of every investment. But, this can generate a lot of distrust in the system created by them. 

I can even say that the Ron token, which is the token obtained in Katana by adding liquidity, dropped a little more than 10% at the time of the news. It is normal for that to happen, because it generates panic in investors, and many run out and sell what they have, which makes the price go down.

But, unquestionably, and this is the point I want to highlight here, regardless of the fact that we may be making an investment in a site that has high security standards, that has gone through different tests or audits, hackers are advancing at the same speed as technology, which means that they are always looking for different ways to attack in different ways in order to appropriate what does not belong to them. 

This, in addition, makes me think about the fact that we must always know that no matter how secure we feel with any investment, there is the possibility that something unexpected may happen, even if we personally do what is necessary to keep ourselves safe.

I can only wait for what will happen with my funds in Katana, which is a project for which also, as with **CUBFINANCE** I am betting for the long term, because I trust in the project, and despite this complex situation, I think there is a capable team behind these projects.
