At some point, I read that we are time learners, our day to day represents each session of classes, to which we are invited, and where at the end of the day, we must reflect and list what we have learned, with the certainty of improving, and setting new goals. Your phrase, "just because someone gives you a good idea doesn't mean it's good for you", is so accurate that without a doubt, we learn from our own setbacks, achievements and accumulated experience over time. I tell you, when I began my university studies, more than 20 years ago, I proposed to write a book of my life's adventures, to date I have not started, well I hope that at some point, I have the momentum to start each line of my life. Thanks for this nice article.

Well, this year has been very different for me and its not actually been bad. I have learned several new things from teaching my Dad to cook, cleaning home sweeping, mopping and I am lifting 20 litre water cans, helped and befriended some stray cats, completely went bald shaving my hairs off, quit my ususal website updation work to only concentrate on crypto sphere and writting. Then my Dad got Covid and I had to go through some hard times.

In the end, I am physically and mentally stronger, happier although I have given up on activism and not travelled any new place coz I can't travel far from home due to COvid.

I think getting stronger, learning to trust yourself and being shameless helps a lot through my experience.

I thought after getting bald I will feel odd, but it turned out I look better bald than with hair, felt awesome... sometimes excitement in life is needed to be actually alive, I got very less of it most of my life but sometimes work to better myself and it paid off in better physical health and stuff.

3 yrs ago, I had severe health problems, used to get tired often, fatigued and thought I will never be able to be active properly again, not true a tall(: ...anyway.

Yup we have to reflect on ourselves, do new things, harder things and one day definitely we will be better than what we were earlier...we have to grow and evole rather stagnate... and embrace some adventures coming your way coz its going to be life changing!!

The learning in our life is constant, because life is always teaching us something new.

Being clear about our priorities and objectives is fundamental to defining the way we live, seeking the advice and approval of others can only serve to obtain guidance on how to do something, we should not base our actions on the ideas of others.
