Do you ever get the feeling that you're holding yourself back? Maybe you don't even know if you're doing it, you just sense that somehow you could be getting more out of life?

I think we all feel that way sometimes. So I went ahead and asked your Limitless Self some questions to see what hidden wisdom you have inside you, waiting to be shared with the rest of us!

You'll find my simple questions in the bold headings below. Everything else you'll read is the genius ranting of your Limitless Self!

## Limitless Self, what am I doing that's unwittingly holding me back?

Holding you back from what? When you're not ready, you're not ready. The fact that you want things that haven't come is a good thing. Otherwise you would spend your time being fed when you're not hungry, going to bed when you're not tired, and manifesting things you have no use for.

## Then what can I do to accelerate my progress forward?

Love yourself.

Every time you can't get yourself to do something you know is good for you, it's because a part of you is on strike. You've been treating yourself like an employee instead of the beautiful being that you are. A soul so powerful that you are manifest on this Earth, in this moment!

Do you know how powerful the now is? And how you're an incredible and inseparable part of it? You want to accelerate forward because you don't know all that you have access to right now!

*If you could see without separation, you would create without limitation!*

Each line you draw between yourself and your desires is a line you later have to cross! Every story about why you can't have what you want ties those lines into little knots restricting your range of motion!

But each knot is alive. You don't have to cut or untie them, you can command them. Command! Not condemn!

You exercised your freedom to create them. They are a testament to your greatness, not your limitation. Own that greatness!

Every struggle is an indicator of your power to both create the resistance and to overcome it. Do you overcome struggle with struggle? No! You transcend it with realization.


Foreplay is not in opposition to sex, it's the precursor. And that's what every obstacle between you and your desire is as well. A precursor, priming the pump for the more you'll find increasingly hard to resist.

You don't need to overcome foreplay to have sex, you simply give into your desire to ravage what's in front of you!

And if what's in front of you isn't something you want to ravage, then MOVE!

But don't bring your goals with you! Your goals are what led you here. And if here isn't where you want to be then you need something new to take you somewhere different.

If you're not experiencing success, focus on breaking patterns, not making plans. Plans will continue the circular experience of the past. Broken patterns will ensure a fresh future.

## How do I know which patterns to break?

Start right there. Break the pattern of uncertainty. If you don't know, then you don't need to know. When life happens, you'll know where it's guiding you — so long as you're listening instead of sticking to past plans.

Let continuity reign in the areas of your life you're content with. And embrace chaos in the areas where you desire change.

Think of your life as a regime that is in power and will do everything it can to remain in power. If you resist too loudly the consequences will be unpleasant. But if you disrupt. If you find ways to make the old ways obsolete. If you challenge old thoughts and beliefs. If you stop taking things for granted and treating assumptions like gospel. You will create space. And what will you do with that space?
