Unable to Post Comment in memeit.lol

#### Expected behavior

I should be able to leave a comment on a users post in the memeit.lol website.

#### Actual behavior

Every time I try to post a comment on a post via the platform, I get an 'undefined' error.

#### How to reproduce

Log in to the [memeit.lol website](https://memeit.lol) with your Steem details; click on 'created' button in the top section of the website to see posts made on the platform. Select one of them and try leaving a comment on it.

* Operating system: Windows 7

Hey, I tested the undefined message and it turns out it only displays that because you cannot post comments on steemit more than once every 20 seconds. We'll be sure to edit the text.

Your contribution cannot be approved as it is not a bug in memeit.lol but on steem you can only comment on steemit once every 20 seconds.

After seeing your contribution I contacted the PO(Project Owner) of memeit.lol and asked about this specific context.

He confirmed it is not a bug.

While testing out the bug I checkout the console of the bug.

And screenshots of the console is attached below -

The error message for the comment cannot be posted on Blockchain will soon be changed by the PO .
