The frigate Silverton made good time in fair south-easterly winds and in two days found herself just forty miles off the coast of St. Helena Bay, South Africa…

Warrant Officer Kerrislravenhill pulled off her boots and massaged her feet as she sat on her bunk.  It had been a long day and sailing in strong winds required a lot of rigging work for the crew.  Just then a soft knock sounded from her cabin door…
 
“Aye, who is it?”

“Sissy it’s me!” 
“Blast it sister!  How many times have I told you not to call me that outside my cabin!”  Kerrisl exclaimed in small frustration as he got up and quickly opened the door.

“Sairrr!” Standing Officer Silversaver888 said half in jest as she saluted.

“You don’t have to overdue it! Come in!”

Closing the door quickly Kerrisl looked at her sister and had to crack a smile…”It’s getting late, what’s on your mind?”

Silversaver sat down on the end of the bunk and exhaled deeply…

“The whole crew is confused sister!” She said looking up at Kerrisl as she leaned against the bunk post.
“About?”
“About?!  Well for one thing we all were looking forward to a warm shore leave in Namibia.  We thought we might even sell a few silvers too!”
“The plan has changed…” Kerrisl replied calmly as she sat on the other end of the bunk and continued to massage her feet.
“Changed why?”
“Changed because the captain said it has changed that’s why…”
“Must be something awfully important to hoist anchor and set sail that fast!  Where are we headed Siss?”
*“Darn it, Silver!*  Do you always have to pull the sister gig on me?!” Kerrisl said in minor protest.
“Isn’t that what sisters are for?” Silver replied wryly with a wide grin.
“Listen…I’ll tell you where we’re going, and that’s all, but if one word of this leaks out I’ll cut your rank a level!”
“Hahaha! No, you won’t!”
“I’m serious!” Kerrisl said as she leaned forward and gave her a hard look.
“Alright, alright! I’ll not tell a soul!  Have I ever broken my word?”
“Well…no, but this is top secret Silver, got it?!”
“I got it! Now tell me already!” She said impatiently as she clasped her knees in excitement.

Kerrisl rolled her eyes a moment and then spoke in a tone that was deadly serious…” We’re going to…Tasmania.”

Silver’s jaw dropped!

Silver got up from the bunk. Her face went white…

“I wished I had never asked…”
“You shouldn’t have.” 
“I won’t sleep a wink!”
“Probably not.”
"This will give me bad dreams for weeks!"
