Las Relaciones Interpersonales son muy importante, porque me permite interactuar con las personas. Todos los seres vivos: humanos y animales, de alguna manera requerimos comunicarnos para vivir y desarrollarnos. En el ser humano todo proceso nos impulsa a relacionarnos unos con otros y ello requiere una toma de decisiones para integrarnos en la sociedad.

Esta relación interpersonal son habilidades sociales, que al aplicarlas de acuerdo a sus capacidades y de conducta, ayuda a los individuos a resolver situaciones sociales de una manera afectiva, permitiéndonos expresar nuestros sentimientos, actitudes, opiniones, entre otros, de manera adecuada, respetándose las conductas de las otras personas. Existen en el mundo, personas extrovertidas que demuestran un gran entusiasmo por la vida, son sociales, y hacen de su vida un disfrute constante, en las reuniones de amigos les encanta compartir emociones nuevas y la diversión.

En las relaciones interpersonales, se tiene la tendencia a participar en actividades y recargar sus energías estando entre la multitud, suelen ser muy impulsivas y tomas decisiones muy rápidas, lo que les facilita rodearse de muchas otras personas y hacen amistades con una gran facilidad, porque les encanta los cambios y retos. Siempre obtienen una respuesta rápida ante cualquier situación.

Toda persona al momento de relacionarse con otras, debe sonreír, mantener contacto visual adecuado, saber escuchar, observar, es necesario para así mantener un vínculo con o las personas.

¿Cómo la relación interpersonal nos ayuda a conectarnos emocionalmente con otro individuo?

**Socializando:** Nos integran en el entorno, a través de experiencias vividas. En este punto, nuestro primer contacto es la familia, quienes son considerados como pieza fundamental para iniciar el proceso en la sociedad y son una guía, para nuestros contactos con el mundo exterior.

**Escuelas:** Permiten como estrategia, un modelo de aprendizaje interactivo, donde los estudiantes unidos, logramos metas, mediante esfuerzos, talentos y competencias, nos asignan maestros con los objetivos para cada grupo, demostrando la importancia en la comunicación y nos sugiere que documentemos los éxitos y las cosas que deseamos cambiar y así en conjunto lograr un proyecto, interactuando todo el tiempo… Recordemos que ya en la escuela, tenemos el primer trato, con la autoridad, diferentes a nuestros padres.

¿Por qué las relaciones interpersonales son tan importantes? 

Todo individuo necesita crecer en la sociedad, en todos los ámbitos. Todos necesitamos de la posibilidad de compartir, de ser alguien, de interactuar con los demás, sea en nuestra familia, con amigos, compañeros de clases, y en nuestro trabajo, en si en todo nuestro entorno.

La única manera de favorecer un buen rendimiento académico o profesional, requiere de mucho esfuerzo, tanto desde el punto educativo como en el entorno laboral y este se consigue, creando un clima de relación optimo que permita a cada persona beneficiarse del contacto con los demás.

Nuestra condición de ser social nos hace individuo de las relaciones interpersonales y la comunicación desde el momento de nuestro nacimiento, la supervivencia y el desarrollo de las personas, estarán vinculados a las relaciones sociales y comunicativas, porque la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo lo comprometemos en la relación interpersonal. La mayoría de nuestras necesidades, la satisfacemos a través de nuestras relaciones con otras personas y estas interacciones, su calidad y el agrado, dependerá de nuestra capacidad y habilidad para comunicarnos de manera efectiva.

De esta forma concluyo con una cita de Dalai Lama que cito textualmente a continuación: 

***“Todas nuestras vidas empezaron con el afecto humano como primer soporte. Los niños que crecen envueltos en afecto, sonríen más y son más amables, generalmente son más equilibrados”*** 

De allí es donde vienen nuestras relaciones interpersonales con un alto nivel de afecto.

This topic is very important, because it allows me to interact with people. All living beings: humans and animals, in some way require communication to live and develop. In the human being, every process encourages us to relate to each other and this requires decision-making to integrate into society.

This interpersonal relationship are social skills, which when applied according to their abilities and behavior, help individuals to resolve social situations in an affective way, allowing us to express our feelings, attitudes, opinions, among others, in an appropriate manner, respecting the behaviors of other people. There are extroverted people in the world who show a great enthusiasm for life, are social, and make their life a constant enjoyment, in gatherings with friends they love to share new emotions and fun.

In interpersonal relationships, there is a tendency to participate in activities and recharge their energies while in the crowd, they tend to be very impulsive and make very quick decisions, which makes it easier for them to surround themselves with many other people and make friends very easily, because they love changes and challenges. They always get a quick response to any situation.

Every person when interacting with others must smile, maintain adequate eye contact, know how to listen, observe, it is necessary in order to maintain a bond with or with people.

How does the interpersonal relationship help us connect emotionally with another individual?

Why are interpersonal relationships so important?

Every individual needs to grow in society, in all areas. We all need the chance to share, to be someone, to interact with others, be it in our family, with friends, classmates, and in our work, in our entire environment.


The only way to promote good academic or professional performance requires a lot of effort, both from an educational point of view and in the work environment, and this is achieved by creating an optimal relationship climate that allows each person to benefit from contact with others.

Our condition of being social makes us an individual of interpersonal relationships and communication from the moment of our birth, the survival and development of people will be linked to social and communicative relationships, because most of our time is engaged in the interpersonal relationship. 

We satisfy most of our needs through our relationships with other people and these interactions, their quality and pleasure will depend on our capacity and ability to communicate effectively.

In this way I conclude with a quote from the Dalai Lama that I quote verbatim below:

***“All our lives began with human affection as the first support. Children who grow up surrounded by affection, smile more and are kinder, are generally more balanced”.***

That is where our interpersonal relationships with a high level of affection come from.
