<div class = pull-left>Chop the archucha and grate the carrot, they are placed in the pan to cook for 10 minutes; Bring salted water to a boil and add the yellow potato for 15 minutes or until completely cooked. And apart from making a stew to taste, I prepare it with onion, tomato, and spices.
Apart in a container add a well of hot water, add a tablespoon of color, a tablespoon of salt, cornmeal,  a tablespoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of stew, 4 tablespoons of oil. Incorporate until the mixture is completely homogeneous, the texture should not be so watery or so thick, Finally, we assemble the tamales to boil them for 20 minutes. Then it is allowed to cool to serve it.</div>
<div class = pull-right>Picar la archucha y rallar la zanahoria, se colocan en la sarten para cocinarlas durante 10 minutos; Poner a hervir agua con sal y agregar la papa amarilla por 15 minutos o hasta que este completamente cocida. Y a parte hacer un guiso al gusto, yo lo prepare con cebolla, tomate y especias.
Aparte en un recipiente agregar un pocillo de agua caliente, añadir una cucharada de color,una cucharada de sal, harina de maiz,una cucharada de polvo para hornear, 2 cucharadas de guiso, 4 cucharadas de aceite. Incorporar hasta que la mezcla quede totalmente homogenea, la textura no debe quedar ni tan aguada ni tan espesa, por ultimo armamos los tamales para ponerlos a hervir por 20 minutos. Despues se deja enfriar para servirlo.</div>
