This is how quality, efficiency, flexibility and speed in the delivery of a given product has become a priority, which has led to the need to implement a new work methodology, which is known as "Agile Methodology".

The Agile Methodology is a methodological work framework that aims to improve efficiency in the production and quality of final products, to be able to respond to changes in products and their definitions, and to provide the greatest possible customer satisfaction, Through early delivery and continuous feedback during the construction of the product.

This methodology brings with it several benefits, because it allows greater flexibility than traditional methodologies (cascading and interactive), because they are less able to adjust to the changing needs of customers, the market, and the new challenges that arise the technology.

By using agile processes for project management, different benefits are perceived for the client:

<B>3.- Sprint Demo:</B> Customer feedback session. Each iteration of product construction includes a detailed review with customers about the progress made.
