HBD Wallets now back up and running on Bittrex!
# After being down for more than a month, the HBD wallets are now back up and running on Bittrex

What was most likely related to the recent hard fork looks like it has finally been taken care of.

The HBD wallets on Bittrex are finally back up and running.

This may not sound like that big of a deal, but prior to today the wallets had been down for roughly 1 month.

HIVE wallets were down on several exchanges at the time of the hard fork and a few days afterwards, but HBD wallets had been down for weeks prior to the hard fork.

Something quite a bit different than the HIVE wallets going just going down around the time of the hard fork.

While HBD wallets being back up on Bittrex might not sound like that big of a deal on first glance, it really is pretty big news.

You see, for US based users there are no other exchanges that list HBDs.

In fact, there are only two exchanges in the world that list HBDs, those being Bittrex and Upbit:

Both exchanges have had a difficult time getting HBD pegged to a dollar with the vast majority of time seeing HBDs trade below a dollar on both exchanges.

Now that the hard fork is behind us and exchanges are coming back online, hopefully now we can start growing this ecosystem again.

The price has been declining for months and months now and it's time to change that trend.

The best way to bring new users into the ecosystem is a strong coin price, though it can be tough to achieve a strong coin price without new users coming in, a catch 22 of sorts.

Either way, it's time we figure out how to turn that trend around.

I think, we should have a community update on a regular basis on how we are interacting with all the exchanges and the ETA from them by which wallets will be working. I don't see any point in not making this transparent with regular updates , during these fork times.
