We are forgetting to write, with paper and pen in hand. With our time totally consumed in front of a computer working and writing texts using a keyboard, we are losing the habit and the ability to write with our hands.

I've seen lately how ugly my handwriting on paper is, and incomprehensible reading. It's impressive! It feels like I went back to the time when I was a kid and learned to write in school using handwriting. Do you remember the handwriting from school?

This is serious, surreal. I keep thinking, "Oh my God, how far have we come in terms of how we deal with technology? Are we regressing in our learning process and evolution?"

In order not to forget and "lose" my handwriting written in its conventional and traditional way (with my hands on the pen and on top of a paper), I am exercising to write many of my texts and posts here at Hive in draft form in my notebooks and schedule, and then I reproduce them on the computer, copy and paste here in the Blockchain editor.

I believe that this way I do not abandon writing as it is, and also bring digital and analog together in the same work.

This balance is important, the balance between the virtual and the real is perhaps the best form of productivity in our days when distraction takes away our focus and concentration.
