And as you also affirm, there must be a willingness to investigate. But as we know, in Venezuela this will not happen. Most common crimes occur every day before everyone's eyes and they also go unpunished, so this will not be the difference.

The surprising thing is how these people have so much ingenuity to commit crimes in the least thoughtful ways, but they have no creativity or will to solve the problems that afflict us.
