Hola amigos de la comunidad, un placer estar por aquí nuevamente compartiéndoles mis impresiones sobre el estimulo o chispazo que sentimos que nos recarga de energía de creatividad y que es detonante de las mayores obras de arte de la historia. La inspiración es fundamental en nuestro desarrollo que nos permite pasar de los que somos a lo que deseamos ser. La verdad es que estar inspirado hace la diferencia entre alguien que alcanza sus metas y uno que se siente derrotado y sin fuerzas.
La inspiración es un proceso espontaneo pero definitivamente no es casual. Cada persona puede contribuir significativamente a sentirse inspirado y alcanzar metas o proyectos que de otro modo resultaran cuesta arriba. Para algunos una melodía es inspiradora, visitar un lugar con mucho significado, ambientar de determinada forma un espacio y la meditación son algunos de los elementos que hacen que un individuo se inspire. Y vaya cuantas cosas podemos lograr cuando contamos con ese “superpoder”.

Hello friends of the community, a pleasure to be here again sharing with you my impressions about the stimulus or spark that we feel that recharges us with energy of creativity and that is the trigger of the greatest works of art in history. Inspiration is fundamental in our development that allows us to move from what we are to what we wish to be. The truth is that being inspired makes the difference between someone who achieves their goals and one who feels defeated and powerless.
Inspiration is a spontaneous process but it is definitely not random. Each person can contribute significantly to feeling inspired and achieving goals or projects that would otherwise be uphill. For some a melody is inspirational, visiting a meaningful place, setting a certain ambiance in a certain way and meditation are some of the elements that make an individual feel inspired. And what a lot of things we can achieve when we have this "superpower".

La chispa inicial no se consigue tan fácil y menos en esta era de tecnología donde lo quieran o no estamos envueltos en una competencia en la que estar inspirados es la única opción para conseguir el éxito que deseamos. En ocasiones el tiempo es corto y la necesidad de alcanzar los objetivos es apremiante. Por ejemplo en esta era de los emprendimientos se necesita inspirarse para escoger algo que nos apasione y cuando lo conseguimos la energía `para hacer frente a los obstáculos que se presenten sin decir y mucho menos desistir. Resulta que es difícil ser creativo si miramos constantemente el reloj y nos percatamos que el tiempo se nos agota nuestra vida pasa y no queremos quedarnos atrás.

The initial spark is not so easy to achieve and even less so in this age of technology where, whether we want it or not, we are involved in a competition in which being inspired is the only option to achieve the success we desire. Sometimes time is short and the need to achieve the objectives is pressing. For example, in this era of entrepreneurship we need to be inspired to choose something we are passionate about and when we get the energy to face the obstacles that come our way without saying let alone giving up. It turns out that it is difficult to be creative if we constantly look at the clock and realize that time is running out and our life is passing us by and we don't want to be left behind.

Primero tenemos que meditar. Esa practica es fundamental para crear un ambiente propicio para el desarrollo de ideas. La meditación puede compararse a hacer espacio en nuestro garaje para dar cabida a un nuevo vehículo. Cuando ordenamos en nuestra mente cada cosa en su lugar entonces hay suficiente espacio para el surgimiento de una nueva idea y dar la bienvenida al impulso que nos hace falta para sentirnos inspirados.
Los momentos de descansos también favorecen el surgimiento de la inspiración. Esto va muy de la mano con la meditación. Si tenemos tiempo para relajarnos también tenemos tiempo `para pensar reflexionar y para agradecer las cosas buenas que nos han sucedido.
Finalmente, cuando creamos las condiciones propicias entonces nos queda la fuente de dicha inspiración. Existen infinidades y buen libro la experiencia de otros un discurso o una canción cada quien determina que fuente usara para que sus ideas fluyan y mas que eso para tener una motivación que cual fuego devorador es muy difícil de apagar.
Estar inspirado no es simple motivación. La motivación es una fuerza que le inyecta animo a un ser humano para realizar una actividad. La inspiración es algo mas profundo creo que no solo esta involucrada nuestra mente y nuestra razón sino todo nuestro ser. Cuando estamos inspirados sentimos que tenemos un propósito y tenemos las herramientas para alcanzarlo.
Hoy me sentí inspirado para hablarles de este proceso tan importante en nuestras vidas y para decirles que busquen su inspiración y cuando la encuentren no dejen que nada ni nadie los detenga hasta que hallan completado su propósito.
Con esto me despido deseándoles que estén muy bien y también agradeciéndoles por pertenecer a la comunidad y tomarse el tiempo para leer mi post.

First we have to meditate. This practice is fundamental to create an environment conducive to the development of ideas. Meditation can be compared to making space in our garage to make room for a new vehicle. When we arrange everything in its place in our mind then there is enough space for the emergence of a new idea and welcome the impulse we need to feel inspired.
Moments of rest also favor the emergence of inspiration. This goes hand in hand with meditation. If we have time to relax we also have time to think, to reflect and to be grateful for the good things that have happened to us.
Finally, when we create the right conditions then we are left with the source of that inspiration. There are infinite and good book the experience of others a speech or a song each one determines which source to use to make their ideas flow and more than that to have a motivation that as a devouring fire is very difficult to extinguish.
Being inspired is not simple motivation. Motivation is a force that injects courage to a human being to perform an activity. Inspiration is something deeper, I believe that not only our mind and our reason are involved, but our whole being. When we are inspired we feel we have a purpose and we have the tools to achieve it.
Today I felt inspired to talk to you about this important process in our lives and to tell you to look for your inspiration and when you find it do not let anything or anyone stop you until you have completed your purpose.
