I agree but mostly people mod chang when price up happy and when price down of BTC mod off..
Thats are effect of money not bitcoin

I agree that no matter what price you purchased bitcoin at, it will increase with time. If you aren't a day trader or are actively trading and just checking the price every 10 seconds, my suggestion would be to stop. 

Turn off all alerts and alarms and just live your regular life, don't let the price dips dictate your happiness. If you believe in blockchain and the tech behind it, just know this is temporary and it will all turn around.

i feel as tho people should have a clear understanding of what this space is , if you know  that you have a weak stomach then don't  join. study the  space and  follow experts (not big investors talking on cnn, msn , etc...). so that way your emotions are not tied  up into this  space

When I see btc going way down or the alts... the first thing I do is again look at the projects that I am involved in and look at all the good news and remind myself of the future. I immerse myself in the positive. Also, remember when the "fake news" is telling you you should sell, you better believe that as soon as it drops they are buying it ALL up. Think like a millionaire!!!!!!!!

Agree. I bought Bitcoin and other altcoins when they were quite high on december and in january. I bought the dips, up until now to average down my costs. I'm also only invest the amount of money I'm afford to lose. Although I'm still in minus, I'm just going to wait it out for a few years. If we reach high prices again, great I'll cash some out and play with the rest. If not, I'm still okay with it. I daytraded long ago, but failed most times. So trading is not an option for me yet. Hodl is the one :)

This is why anything in excess is benefitial. We have to care our mental and physical health too. Is BTC a way for many of us to increase our incomes? YES! But don't make it your whole life. It's very unpredictable.

Many investors in the US stock market also committed suicide after every major crash. I think the important thing to remember is A) don't invest more than you can lose. B) money is not life. don't make it the most important thing. and C) what goes down, if it survives, comes back up. look at long-term charts and historical data, don't just watch what is happening today.

Thanks for documenting this. It is true however, I would say that this is not native to BTC alone, it is inherently  like this with any trading or investing or money in general. Another way to state the fact is to say , wherever one put  their interest on they tend to thrive when the situation seemingly looks good and otherwise when their vested interest are looking gloomy. It is the way if people I think ?

Somehow you made a point. Whatever associated with money will have really an impact to us and since bitcoin = money, then btc will somehow dictate the mood to some and the mood will have a great effect on our health. In fact, there are news that some of our fellow cryptonians commit suicide early 2018 when the time dips so low - this is the worst scenario whom someone commits.

During last year I am study about Cryptocurrency and involved with Bitcoin.  I am totally agreed with you that bitcoin price pump/dump controlling Cryptocurrency investor and traders mood / behavior.

I think its the blockfolio app which is the cause of this problem.

I also totally agree with you on this, but... I can`t STOP! I am addicted and is bad, addiction is real and more powerful than drugs, cigarettes and even drink. It should be considered as a disease and treated as you can not stop it by yourself, even after losing all monies I got a loan and continued... is getting worse day by day.
