告别冲动

许久不曾写日记了，暑假的生活有些凌乱，作息不规律，孩子玩上头了，整个假期我觉得状态差，不知道自己该干什么，好像每天很忙，又好像没做什么 。
        
现在开学几天，一切照着节奏走，反倒是轻松了。臭小子周末作业拖到星期天才写，就那赶作业的样子好让人生气，拿了一根小棍子抽了几下，让他记住这样赶作业的后果，晚上睡前读会书，给他开了一个打卡圈，记录学习成长过程，有了这个学习起来比较带劲。时间到了必须要睡觉，保证睡眠充足，第二天上学有精神。

昨天听了一本日本作家写的《人间值得》感受颇深，无论身处什么样的环境，都要好好过日子，学会感知自己，时刻保持好心情，这些年，整个社会都比较浮躁，大家都在追求金钱物种带来的快感，却忽略了人为什么而活着，怎么样才能好好生活，盲目一辈子到头了带着遗憾走。
        
我要改变我的缺点，做事容易三分钟热度，格物能力差，控制不住情绪，鼓励自己可以的！
