疫情当前，预防近视

眼睛是心灵的窗户，只有拥有一双明亮的眼睛，我们才能欣赏这个美丽的世界。

上海现在疫情当前，所有的小朋友都在家里上网课，使用电子产品的时间比较长。像空中课堂和年级大直播这样不需要互动的课程，我是用投影仪让孩子看的，目的是减少近距离使用ipad的机会。

在预防近视的过程中，我们比较容易控制的是看书、写字的姿势，不熬夜，少吃糖，不挑食，但是最容易被我们忽视的是户外运动。

研究表明，每天2小时的户外运动可以降低50%的近视发生。自然光可以促进眼底视网膜释放多巴胺，而多巴胺可预防近视。所以臭小子每天至少在户外活动3小时以上，骑车，溜冰，射箭，跳绳，飞飞机……

其中，折纸飞机是他最爱的活动。这段时间这个臭小子已经学会了7~8种纸飞机的折法。这一方面锻炼了他的动手能力，另一方面在草坪上飞飞机的时候，也是眼、脑、手、身的综合调配，乐趣很多。
