随笔

人总会有一段时间一会自我否定，一会莫名烦躁，一会沾沾自喜。所有的情绪都应该被允许，我们要怜惜自己，有时候可以不要对自己高要求，遵从自己的内心，允许自己偶尔的抽抽小疯或者偷个小懒，谁都不搭理，就活在自己的世界里。

总的说来，我是比较喜欢独处的一个人。一个人在自己的空间里，为所欲为。没有指责、没有不得体，所有的一切都是合理的，原因只有一个：我喜欢、我愿意！

可是事实上我并不能任意妄为，每天的时间被分裂成无数碎片，真正属于自己的，可能真的只是夜深人静后一个人的清欢......

最近心情有点低落，有时候什么都不想干，总觉得自己活得没有价值。

在朋友圈看到那些励志故事和语录，看着几位朋友踌躇满志，内心深感惭愧。但愿这种无力感只是暂时的，还是要对自己说：“加油，亲爱的自己。”
