Одним з найцікавіших та найдієвіших, як на мене, прийомів є “Навчаючи вчуся”. Та й куди ж подіти бажання показати оточуючим свою майстерність, що вже вимальовується в процесі виконання робіт? А якщо виникнуло бажання, то необхідно його задовольнити. 
Наші учні, які вже у випускній групі, організували майстер класи. Діти весь вересень добросовісно працювали в лабораторії на виробничих навчаннях, бігали по тривозі в укриття, поверталися і знову готувалися до показу.

Our students, who are already in the graduating group, organized master classes. All September, the children conscientiously worked in the laboratory on production training, ran to the shelter in panic, returned and again prepared for the show.

Чому саме сьогодні вони вирішили подивувати всіх? Бо з наступного тижня розпочинається виробнича практика на підприємствах, яка триватиме аж до кінця І семестру.

Отже, майстер класи були за такими напрямками: декоративний розпис пряників, формування виробів із дріжджового тіста та сервірування столу з допомогою фігур із льняних серветок. Найприємніше було те, що всі присутні мали змогу спробувати повторити показане та потренуватися під наглядом “спеціалістів”. Коротше, сьогодні я м’яла тісто, малювала кольоровою глазур’ю та крутила квіти із серветок.

So, the master classes were in the following directions: decorative painting of gingerbread, forming products from yeast dough and serving the table with figures from linen napkins. The most pleasant thing was that everyone present had the opportunity to try to repeat what was shown and practice under the supervision of "specialists". In short, today I kneaded the dough, painted with colored icing and twisted flowers from napkins.

Як на мене, розпис пряників досить цікаве та корисне заняття. По перше, це як малювання, заспокоює та дає естетичну насолоду. А ще, вміючи виготовляти такі солодощі, можна досить креативно привітати когось зі святом, бо яскраві пряники виглядають як сувеніри. 
>In my opinion, gingerbread painting is quite an interesting and useful activity. First, it is like painting, soothing and aesthetically pleasing. And also, knowing how to make such sweets, you can congratulate someone on the holiday quite creatively, because bright gingerbreads look like souvenirs.

З дріжджовим тістом трішки важче. Там багато нюансів, типу, щоб вистоялося чи не перестояло. Треба вгадати кількість для виробу, щоб в процесі піднімання він не втратив форму. А якщо ще й начинка буде, то взагалі, ціла наука, а не формування випічки.
>With yeast dough, it is a little more difficult. There are many nuances, such as whether it will last or not. You need to guess the amount for the product so that it does not lose its shape during the lifting process. And if there will also be a filling, then in general, it is a whole science, not the formation of pastries.

Сподобався і майстер клас по скручуванні серветок. Скільки чудових ідей сервірування столу сьогодні я дізналася! А й дійсно, сідаючи за святковий стіл, гарно та за правилами оформлений, з’являється відчуття комфорту та затишку. Впевнена, що і страви смакуватимуть на багато краще, коли подаються  в такому форматі. Є секрет, з допомогою якого можна спростити собі завдання, скручуючи серветки. Він досить простий – вся справа у жорсткості тканини. Чим цупкіша вона буде, тим краще триматиметься форма. Тому, вибираючи серветки чи тканину для їх пошиття краще зупинитися на льонові. Льняна тканина сама по собі досить шорстка, а якщо її накрохмалити, то взагалі буде набувати потрібних форм. Єдиний мінус – вона преться гірше ніж синтетична. Та з нинішнім арсеналом пральних засобів – це не проблема.

Therefore, when choosing napkins or fabric for sewing them, it is better to stop at linen. Linen fabric itself is quite rough, and if it is starched, it will generally acquire the desired shapes. The only downside is that it wears worse than synthetic. But with the current arsenal of detergents, this is not a problem.

Ось такий плідний день був у мене. Крім основних робочих моментів, я ще й отримала корисну інформацію та на навики для особистих потреб. Та найприємніше те, що мене  вчили наші учні.
