Сьогодні я та мій колектив зібралися в закладі освіти у повному складі. Непомітно промайнули 24 дні відпустки, а для колег-чоловіків вона й не розпочиналася. Весь липень вони працювали в гуртожитку: ставили сантехніку, ремонтували витяжки та електрику. Тобто, готували заклад освіти до нового навчального року в умовах воєнного стану.

All July they worked in the dormitory: they installed plumbing, repaired hoods and electricity. That is, they were preparing the educational institution for the new academic year under martial law.
Перша звістка, яка порадувала всіх, була про продовження відпустки. Та незважаючи на це, обсяги робіт, які необхідно виконати до 1 вересня, досить великі, тому на відпочинок не сподіваємося. Перше завдання – підготовка бомбосховища. В училищі воно є. Та так як і скрізь, роками там нічого не робили. Тому каналізаційна та вентиляційна системи вже давно не функціонують. Крім того, необхідно провести косметичний ремонт. Сьогодні розпочали з побілки коридорів та самого приміщення. Далі будемо фарбувати двері та меблі.

Today they started with the whitewashing of the corridors and the premises. Next, we will paint the doors and furniture.
А ще виникла проблема, яка полягає у недостатній кількості місць для проживання учнів у гуртожитку. На даний час у нас 40 внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Це люди, яким дійсно немає куди йти. Вони із Сєвєродонецька, Попасної та Харкова. Їх житло розбомбили, а отже у нас вони на довго.
Порахувавши, виявили, що необхідно підготувати ліжко місця для 30-35 дітей. Благо, кімнати у нежилому крилі в нас є. Але там необхідно змінити все – від розеток і вимикачів до лінолеуму та дверей. Вся ця робота лягла на наші плечі, точніше на руки.

After counting, they found that it is necessary to prepare beds for 30-35 children. Fortunately, we have rooms in the non-residential wing. But there it is necessary to change everything - from sockets and switches to linoleum and doors. All this work fell on our shoulders, or rather on our hands.
Ми не скаржимося, працюємо злагоджено та з ентузіазмом, адже робота і стабільність у військовий час, чи не основне, що тримає нас “на плаву”. Єдине, що лякає, так це перспектива очного навчання. Як прогнозується – у нас воно буде.
За вимогами, під час повітряних тривог, вчитель та учні повинні спуститися до бомбосховища, та за можливості продовжити заняття вже там. А якщо сигнал сирени пролунає під час перерви? Як швидко зібрати дітей? Вони у нас дорослі, але як і всі підлітки - безпечні та трішечки безвідповідальні. А ще всі ми звикли вдома ігнорувати тривоги.

According to the requirements, during air alarms, the teacher and students must go down to the bomb shelter, and if possible, continue classes already there. What if the siren goes off during the break? How to collect children quickly? They are adults here, but like all teenagers - safe and a little irresponsible. And all of us are used to ignoring alarms at home.
Та найстрашніше, що кожен заклад освіти та гуртожиток будуть для рашистів ціллю номер один. Знаючи, що діти перебувають на навчанні, вони будуть вчиняти ракетний терор. Коли трапилася трагедія в Кременчукі, між сиреною та вибухом пройшло 10 хвилин. За такий короткий час просто не реально всім спуститися в укриття.
Я вважаю, що не варто розпочинати офлайн навчання, принаймні з 1 вересня. Сподіваюся на здоровий глузд керівників управлінь освіти і на те, що ніхто не чекатиме трагедії, щоб зрозуміти про недоцільність аудиторного навчання.

I believe that offline learning should not be started, at least from September 1. I hope for the common sense of the heads of education departments and that no one will wait for a tragedy to understand the impracticality of classroom education.
