Today I will tell you about a subject that I imagine many of us here have already noticed and others do not.

When we are children, we tend to imagine that all the misfortunes we experience in life are generated by some external factor. In fact, a child has little responsibility for some things that happen. But when responsibility is in it and some mistake happens, usually an immense defense of the ego occurs and culprits need to be found, as long as they are not it, to lessen the discomfort of having made a mistake and being harmed.

Up to that point, okay, kids and teens do that. But when we become adults, we have to let go of that thought, mature, and understand that it is we who cause most of our problems and most of our suffering. I do not say that the problems do not have external factors, because I know that the social and cultural environment that the person grew, besides financial factors, ethnic and even the sexual option can be reasons that hinder the growth of the person. But for what reason will a part of these people who went through it get ahead in life anyway? It will also be an external factor or will they have become adults earlier, have taken responsibility and understood that blaming something outside will tend to keep the person always inert, or worse, bring more and more problems more and more ???

Ola gente, boa tarde á todos

Hoje falarei para vocês sobre um assunto que imagino que vários de nós aqui já tenhamos nos dado conta e outros não.

Quando somos crianças, tendemos á imaginar que todos os infortúnios que passamos na vida são gerados por algum fator externo. De fato, uma criança possui pouca responsabilidade por algumas coisas que acontecem. Porém, quando a responsabilidade está nela e algum erro acontece, geralmente o ocorre uma defesa imensa do ego e culpados precisam ser achados, contanto que não sejam ela, para diminuir o desconforto por ter cometido um erro e se prejudicado. 

Até esse ponto, tudo bem, crianças e adolescentes fazem isso. Mas, quando ficamos adultos, temos que deixar esse pensamento de lado, amadurecermos e entendermos que somos nós que causamos a maioria de nossos problemas e a maioria de nosso sofrimento. Não digo que os problemas não possuem fatores externos, pois sei que o meio social e cultural que a pessoa cresceu, além de fatores financeiros, étnicos e até a opção sexual podem ser motivos que dificultam o crescimento da pessoa. Mas, por qual motivo será que uma parte dessas pessoas que passou por isso consegue avançar na vida, mesmo assim?? Será também um fator externo ou será que tornaram-se adultos mais cedo, assumiram as responsabilidades e entenderam que culpar algo exterior tenderá á manter a pessoa sempre inerte, ou pior, trazer mais e mais problemas cada vez mais???

Isso não é fácil de assumirmos, mas, crescer dói e é necessário que passemos por essa dor para realmente nos tornarmos adultos.
