Did you ever hear the condition called Tinnitus?  Do you have any idea what part of the body that affect tinnitus? Well, let me explain to you of what is tinnitus and its causes. 

Tinnitus affects the ears that centralized the eardrum itself.  The causes of this condition are overexposures in loud noises such as chainsaw, earphones, concert hall and etc. After then, you will hear ringing, buzzing in your ears and even hearing loss may occur. Tinnitus also can be heard mostly in a quiet place; and sometimes, people do overthink about this condition that may lead to distress. In regards to that, I am one of million people across the globe suffering from the said condition. 

There are several studies that tinnitus came from the body itself. If you are a low-blood or a high-blood pressure one, tinnitus also can be felt and heard. I read some news, forums about the said condition and the percentage most likely affected by the ages of 50-80 years old and above. By that time you suffers tinnitus, It is recommended for check up with your family doctor or professional in ears and blood.

<b> <i>Why I suffer tinnitus? -- Awareness is prevention and it is better than cure</b> </i>

I love to share this very informative awareness of health issue. 

I became obsessed using earphones year 2012( I am a music lover but not a singer). It had been my daily habit when I get bored or have some time for; at school, at the house or even in the market, I used to play. But one night happened when I fell asleep. I was unable to adjust the volume and took it off.  After how many hours, I woke up and felt something pain in my ears. What I did was, I just fall back to sleep and took it off. Early morning then, I never noticed that I have ringing or buzzing sounds because of the other noises such us vehicles, people and everything. But the night that day when I started lying down, I heard something different, I thought there were just another insects that I can't explain. Thus, because of being too obsessed using earphones, I used it again. When I turned the volume too higher level, I feel another pain again and hear it something cracky thing which I can't take it. That was I started searching what tinnitus is. 

For now, I am not capable of high volumes of music, a toddler crying or hysterically laughing, the beep of vehicles, riding airplanes and even using earphones if I insist; I am on my way out of limits, my ears will feel pain and even a second or a minute of hearing loss may occur. 

Indeed, lesson learned with regrets. And If I could have a time machine then, I did to use it already.
