<div class=text-justify>A few months ago, we visited Singapore, it was fun and memorable. I shared that we stayed in Hotel G and I have posted a hotel room review on <a href="https://peakd.com/hive-163772/@junebride/nkxnjliq">this link</a>!</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Today, I am going to tour you around the hotel! Hotel G is located in Middle Road, which is a short walk away from Bencoolen, Bugis, and Rochor MRT.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>This is the entrance of the hotel but this won't lead you to the hotel's lobby, but to the restaurants instead, 25 Degrees and Ginett. The lobby is on the second floor so for those who are coming with a car, the car park can be accessed from the back of the building. Hotel G had embraced a boutique hotel concept, its door has a button to use for opening and it automatically closes.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Coming inside, you'll find many pop art on the walls, there were geometric-designed hanging lights, and some camera displays too! And this is a very small space to stay in so when we arrived, we were asked to stay outside the hotel until the front desk staff gave us our room cards.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>On the left leads to the Ginett restaurant. While the right leads to 25 Degrees. The hotel's elevator can be accessed from here too.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>There's a mini lift at the entrance which can help guests with huge luggage. It can accommodate only a few people though but it is useful for those who are in a wheelchair.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>There's also a public comfort room here for those dining in at their restaurants and even for checked-in guests.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Unfortunately, we forgot to check out their burger bar named 25 degrees. We only had eaten at their French restaurant, Ginett. We have a complimentary buffet breakfast for the entire stay! They even gave us a free packed breakfast since we had to leave the hotel early on our last day.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Hotel G has 308 rooms, I forgot how many floor levels were there but our room was on the 5th floor. It's amazing though that this building can accommodate so many people! The problem is their elevator, during our entire stay, this elevator has been very busy accommodating guests. The hotel actually encourages guests to use the stairs!</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>I did try to use the stairwell when I went around the hotel to take photos. I went to the lobby using the stairwell. Also, guests can only access their room's floor level when taking the elevator. So each guest must have their room access card with them whenever going out else, taking the stairwell would be the only option!</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>This was our room card, it's quite cute because it's wooden or maybe of bamboo material but it was also a concern putting it in the pocket or the bag as it might break. Thankfully, nothing happened to it during our four-night stay.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>As you can see, there were many guests. This was always the scene every day during our stay. Our group was more than 100 people! We somehow had crowded the hotel! It was actually easy to spot us because we would be eating in groups!</div><br>


<div class=text-justify>Anyway, as mentioned, we didn't go to the lobby when we arrived. We had to wait for the hotel staff to bring us the room access cards. So I was only able to visit the lobby on our second day while waiting for the little one to wake up. I went to take photos.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Hotel G describes itself as "the quintessential Lifestyle hotel, custom designed to reflect the cosmopolitan rhythms and dynamism of the tiny island nation of Singapore”. The flowering words somehow invite guests to check it out, well, we didn't have a choice really, it was Arcanys' admin team who choose this hotel.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>At the lobby, there's an evident "cafe vibe". There are this dim lights, a swing in the corner, and potted plants mounted on the wall. This can be a space for photoshoots too! During my visit, there was only one guest checking in. It was early in the morning so that might explain why there were no other guests there.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>There's a whole cabinet filled with their merchandise, from caps to notebooks, to mugs, and the items which were available in the rooms can also be found here such as the laundry bag.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Just right behind that door is the car park already! We accessed this when our friend dropped us off after we went to the Singapore Zoo Night Safari.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Unlike the previous trip we had in Taiwan where the lobby was full with staff walking here and there, this one in Singapore was very silent. There was subtle music playing and the staff talking with the guests were also talking in a low soft voice, I can hardly hear them talk even if this space is just small.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>There's also a vending machine outside and a charging station just right in the hallway going into the elevator.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Getting out of the elevator, this hallway would welcome the guests. I believe that each floor level is just similar. It has this industrial-chic aesthetic with nice wallpaper designs! It's quite easy to spot the rooms too as the doors are well-labeled!</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Due to the pandemic, their water dispenser has been taken out and is labeled now as under maintenance. It should just be right outside our room. While the room was just enough for two adults, I was displeased that I can hear footsteps from the outside, those who are also talking while walking here can be heard. However, the lobby was pleasantly smelling.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Hotel G doesn't have a pool and there was no rooftop too that we could check out but they have a Gym so that's the last thing that I will be sharing with you here.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Aside from the room floor, guests can only access the lobby and the gym floor. The Gym is located on the third floor and to be honest, I was surprised that it was very silent here! I only saw one guest going inside. The place was also dark and a little spooky in fact! There were vintage photos hanging on the wall and since I had no plans of going inside, I just peeked through the door which has a glass area, and saw how dark it was! </div><br>

<div class=text-justify>It was indeed vintage-inspired, and the decor certainly reflects that. This photo above was the only thing I was able to take. I could see a comfy couch there and some weights, machines, and a punching bag too!</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>I hope that the ones going to work out here wouldn't feel weird or scared!</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>As for the people working here, I saw young ones around 20 to early 40's so this added this cool vibe to the hotel. I had no major problems while staying in the hotel. Our room was also cleaned up on a daily basis while they restock on soaps and dental kits every day!</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>Overall, this was a nice stay although the price for me is too much, 
I believe there are hotels which are more affordable, if this wasn't a company-sponsored trip, we might not consider this but we are grateful we had the chance to stay here.</div><br>

<div class=text-justify>This spot is also strategic as there are so many eateries and restaurants guests and tourists can try while staying in the hotel!</div><br>
