The rainy season in the tropics is always synonymous with the fruit season. Now it's time to harvest seasonal fruits.

The tropics only know two seasons, namely the dry season and the rainy season. However, the two seasons are no longer fixed, or at least they can no longer be considered a fixed tropical climate.

In the past, the dry season or the rainy season could always be predicted. But at this time, the weather can change in an instant; even in the dry season, it can rain. Is that the effect of global warming? This issue is no longer fun to discuss.

Where I live, there are hardly any large modern farms that grow tropical fruit. Tropical fruits grow here naturally or are just left to grow on their own with minimal care.

Farmers or those who have orchards only look busy just before their plants flower, bear fruit, and harvest.

I also have some of these fruit plants in my backyard garden, which is in a village in a remote area. It was my old house, which is no longer occupied, and I only go there occasionally. I live in a city that is currently 7 hours away by road.

But not all of my plants are bearing fruit now, nor have I ever cared for them. Only this Guava Jamaica plant shows a lot of fruit, while several other plants are only filled with dense leaves.

My Guava Jamaica plant (Jambu Bol, in Bahasa) is filled with flowers that will become fruit candidates on almost all the branches of the tree. I am very excited to wait for their harvest time. If that works, then I will have a big harvest later.

I found the photos of some of these Langsat fruit baskets at a simple shop owned by my neighbor, who sells seasonal fruits. Have you ever tried the sweet and sour Langsat fruit?

I have also bought 15 of the best OC durian seeds. A plant expert told me that the durian seeds sent to me were his favorite type of Durian, the Musang King Durian class. He has developed many types of plants and is known as an expert on tropical fruit plant seeds.

You can see the bottom of the stem of this Durian tree seed; it has three parts that are joined together to form one stem.

I really can't wait to plant them on that part of the vacant land in my village. The rainy season is also the best time to plant.
