This week, I decided to draw a simple two-tiered mountain scene with rocks on each side and a waterway in between. After creating my drawing with the Nvidia GauGAN software, I noticed a reflection of light cast on one side of the mountain. This made that side look lighter than the rest. It turned out beautifully in my opinion.  

The software generates photorealistic imagery from basic brush strokes. You can add various elements, i.e. buildings, grounds, landscape, and plants. The program takes your basic drawing strokes and apply them to a blank canvas. 

The basic strokes you apply to your blank canvas will be interpreted by the program to produce a digital artwork. Below is the image of my basic brush strokes. I'm really pleased with how the brushstrokes turned out for my mountains.

Once you've finished your brush strokes and apply your various background filters and effects, the program then creates a drawing based upon those brush strokes from its massive inventory. 

You can then download your finished images. Remember to save your brush strokes and each image you produce before moving to the next filter and effects.
