*Hello, how are you? Lately I've been experimenting a lot with Blender which works as a 3d modeling and sculpting program, so experimenting with it I came up with the idea of making the Hive logo in 3d. I hope you like it!.*

 1.- The program starts with a cube, a camera and a light, in this case to make the Hive logo these elements are necessary.



 > 1.- El programa inicia con un cubo, una cámara y una luz, en este caso para hacer el logo de Hive es necesario estos elementos.

2.-     With the rotation tool, I rotated the cube into a diamond position, and stretched the edges in the middle to a thinner diamond.

> 2.-  Con la herramienta de rotación, giré el cubo dejandola en posición de diamante, y estiré los bordes del medio dejandolo como un diamante más delgado.

3.-     For this step, I duplicated the diamond and made two diagonal cuts.  

> 3.- Para este paso, dupliqué el diamante  y realicé dos cortes en diagonales.  

4.- Selecting 4 faces of the second diamond I pressed "x" to eliminate them.

> 4.- Seleccionando 4 caras del segundo diamante oprimí "x" para eliminarlas.

5.- Again I duplicated only the cut diamond and went into edit mode.


> 5.- De nuevo dupliqué solo el diamante cortado y entré en modo edición.

6.-   By removing the joining faces of the last duplicate, I left two edges completely alone.



> 6.- Quitando las caras de unión del último duplicado, dejé dos bordes totalmente solas.

7.-  For this step I modified what was done in step 6, moving the edges and creating new faces to make it look like the second diamond of the Hive logo. I also arranged the position of all of them. 

> 7.- Para este paso modifiqué lo realizado en el paso 6, moviendo las aristas y creando nuevas caras para que quede con la forma del segundo diamante del logo de Hive. También organicé la posición de todos. 

8.-  I added a sphere that I divided in half by eliminating one of the two sides, and positioned it bordering the diamonds.

> 8.- Añadí una esfera que dividí a la mitad eliminando uno de los dos lados, y lo posicioné bordeando a los diamantes.

Finally, I created a set space, using planes to create the background, painted everything in colors, and organized the camera and light fixture to take the photos. 


Por último cree un espacio de set, utilizando planos para crear el fondo, además pinté todo de colores, y organicé la cámara y la lámpara de luz para realizar las fotos.
