Wow, you're right, the amount of lights and neon going could rival Japan, although I really only know from pictures because I've never been. This seems a world away from life here in the Cardamom Mountains, sometimes we and our neighbors forget to leave an outside light on at night, and because there are no major towns for hundreds of kilometers, it becomes pitch black and you can actually see the Milky Way and shooting stars.

I love how the bartenders play up the role with the formal attire, reminds me of scenes from Cocktail with Tom Cruise.
