Hola amigos de hive espero que todos estén teniendo un inicio de semana maravilloso, hoy nuestro post será algo diferente es algo que quiero compartir con ustedes y es un hábito que estoy incluyendo en mi vida.

Se llama 5 minutos para agradecer, por lo general la mayoría de las personas comienza su día como de forma automática, se levantan desayunan y continúan su día, sin darse el tiempo de agradecer por un nuevo día, muchos pensaran que quizás es algo un poco innecesario pero les juro esto cambiará sus vidas de forma increíble.

###### It is called 5 minutes to thank, usually most people start their day automatically, they get up, have breakfast and continue their day, without taking the time to thank for a new day, many will think that perhaps it is something a little unnecessary but I swear this will change your lives in an incredible way.

Cuando en el 2020 tuve mis ataques de ansiedad y de pánico leí un post en Instagram que decía que habían cosas tan simples que podían cambiar tu día y una de esas cosas era agradecer, al principio cuando leí eso no lo creí, yo dije: “La ansiedad no se supera haciendo algo tan simple" pero como decía el post esas cosas “Simples” son las que te ayudan a recordarte el presente, te ayudan a reconectarte con el ahora.  Entonces yo decidí hacer esa práctica para ver si me ayudaba o si yo estaba en lo correcto de que no servía.

###### When in 2020 I had my anxiety and panic attacks I read a post on Instagram that said that there were such simple things that could change your day and one of those things was to be thankful, at first when I read that I didn't believe it, I said: " Anxiety cannot be overcome by doing something so simple" but as the post said, those "Simple" things are what help you remember the present, help you reconnect with the now. So I decided to do this practice to see if it helped me or If I was right, it was useless.

Ahora les explico cómo es: Durante un mes, todas las mañanas antes de comenzar con tu día como normalmente lo haces, tomarás 5 minutos para agradecer, agradece que estás vivo, que ese día es una nueva oportunidad para mejorar, agradece tu cama, tu comida y tu agua, agradece por cualquier cosa, si te gusta tu cabello agradece por el, la cuestión es que tomes 5 minutos para agradecer.

###### Now I'll explain how it is: For a month, every morning before starting your day as you normally do, you will take 5 minutes to thank, be thankful that you are alive, that this day is a new opportunity to improve, be thankful for your bed, your food and your water, be thankful for anything, if you like your hair be thankful for it, the point is that you take 5 minutes to say thank you.

Al principio no notarás algún cambio, pero en los primeros 15 días tu ansiedad o tu estrés puede empezar a disminuir o por lo menos eso paso en mi caso, comencé a agradecer por todo lo que me hacía feliz, de hecho cada mañana repetía una frase: “Gracias Dios por lo bueno y por lo malo”. 

###### At first you will not notice any change, but in the first 15 days your anxiety or stress may begin to decrease or at least that happened in my case, I began to thank everything that made me happy, in fact every morning I repeated a phrase : "Thank God for the good and for the bad."

A veces el estrés y la ansiedad, no nos deja darnos cuenta de lo afortunados que somos y es por eso que esta ¨simple¨ acción puede cambiar nuestro día y hacerlo mejor.

###### Sometimes stress and anxiety don't let us realize how lucky we are and that's why this simple action can change our day and make it better.

Amigos existen días buenos y días malos, a veces los días malos nublan demasiado los buenos, pero son cosas que pasan y a veces hay que agradecer esos días malos, porque si no tuviéramos esos días malos quizás no fuésemos capaces de apreciar tanto los días buenos o los lindos momentos. 

###### Friends, there are good days and bad days, sometimes the bad days cloud the good ones too much, but these are things that happen and sometimes we have to be thankful for those bad days, because if we didn't have those bad days we might not be able to appreciate the good days as much or the beautiful moments

Es por todo esto amigos que les recomiendo el hábito de agradecer, son solo 5 minutos que pueden mejorar tu día y tu actitud, a veces no podemos cambiar el mundo y las situaciones que atravesamos, pero podemos cambiar la forma en la que reaccionamos, porque un día malo no es una mala vida.
