Cuando quienes gobiernan no están a la altura de lo que se pide de ellos ocurren cosas como las que se viven desde anoche en España, desde hace aproximadamente algo más de un año el país se encuentra bajo una herramienta legal que permite limitar las libertades de los españoles para dar prioridad a la salud frente al resto de cosas que podríamos definir como secundarias si comparamos con la salud de todos y sobre todo de nuestros ancianos. **Estado de Alarma** es casi la palabra más oída en España tras **Covid** y justo por estas dos casuísticas uno se pone en marcha allá por el mes de marzo del año pasado para evitar el avance mortal del otro, pero ayer, tras cuatro Olas de la enfermedad se decide prescindir de dicha herramienta legal, según nuestra Constitución nadie puede evitar que libremente hagamos vida normal sin restricciones y apelando a una conciencia que no existe en nuestra sociedad, el gobierno decide que se recurra a los tribunales para restringir libertades parcialmente en cada Comunidad Autónoma y los jueces contestan que ellos no gobernan, solo aplican justicia y sin Estado de Alarma no se puede limitar las libertades de los ciudadanos.

Este señor que hoy les muestro en fotografía es nuestro Presidente del Gobierno, se llama Pedro Sanchez y tras algo más de un año de convivencia con el virus no ha aprendido nada de la enfermedad ni ha comprendido que la saciedad española no entiende de medias tintas, o se restringen ciertas libertades o se hace vida normal, es decir, como responsable de un país debes decirle a tus ciudadanos que se debe hacer y poniendo fin a una herramienta legal que te permite limitar según la necesidad dejas todo lo contrario y eso nos llevará a una quinta Ola.

Los datos que llevan a este señor a tomar dicha decisión son en España un total de casi 79.000 fallecidos según datos del [Ministerio de Sanidad](https://www.mscbs.gob.es/profesionales/saludPublica/ccayes/alertasActual/nCov/situacionActual.htm) y siempre por derivados directos del Covid, podrían ser muchos más, más de 3,5 millones de casos Covid han minado las fuerzas de nuestros médicos y resto de personal sanitario y a día de hoy sólo un 12% de la población española se ha vacunado. Con todo esto España abre sus puertas no solo a Europa, donde los datos dicen que ha habido más de 51 millones de casos Covid, sino que se abre al mundo que ya está a punto de superar los 155 millones de casos Covid, que alguien me explique las razones científicas en la que basa su decisión y sobre todo cómo puede ser que la comunidad médica exprese el discurso opuesto al del Gobierno.
