安提瓜本地人“不讲武德”antigua local is not reliable

友哥所在的安提瓜岛，位于中美洲的一个小海岛，岛上居民绝大多数为非洲后裔，今天友哥要来吐槽一下安提瓜本地的“不讲武德”一面，不靠谱！

友哥项目需要从另外一个项目转运物资，友哥昨天已托负责采购的同事联络当地租赁公司，租用拖板车，当地这家租赁公司也是我们经常合作的一家，同意今天会到达指定地点。今天早上说好的九点到达，友哥这边派出吊车去装车。可是，司机等到九点半了，还不见拖板车踪迹。

第一次电话催促，租赁公司告知会在十点左右到达，耐心等待后，发现被“晃点”，第一次不讲武德；

第二次电话催促，租赁公司说，拖板车司机轮胎坏了，再多等一会，会在十一点到达，行吧，再等待吧，结果再一次不讲武德，再一次晃点我们；

第三次电话催促，租赁公司推脱说，下午一点半吧，采购同事确认租赁公司仍不能保证按时到达，直接pass掉他了，再寻找第二家租赁公司吧。

第一家租赁公司居然整个上午都在忽悠，十分不讲武德！

好在第二家公司在傍晚的时候，把事情圆满解决了。其实这两家平时都是我们常用的供应商，偶尔都有不靠谱的情况出现，所以也就随机找其中一家。总体来说，安提瓜本地人，准时准点的在少数，绝大多数不会准点，但晃点整个上午的事情，十分少见。太气人了！
